        We were ripped off by the the ...

        We were ripped off by the the Comfort Systems USA for more than $2,500 two years ago. They replaced many parts and modules but still couldn't fix it. We were finally told that our boiler was old and we just had to live with it. So for the next two years we consistently manual-restarted the boiler 2-3 times a day and suffer the bitter coldness during winter, until I found another vendor a few months ago. They came to my house numerous time, even on weekends. They were responsive, honest, accountable, and wouldn't charge us unless they think they have fixed the problem that was never diagnosed by the Comfort Systems USA. We spent another $1,000 but this time the money is so well worth it. What a contrast to the Comfort Systems USA who changed so many parts and none of them worked. And one of the modules they replaced for us was a defact that caused all the issues. So, total $3,500 spent on this 25-year-old boiler could have bought us a new boiler, right? We were told it will cost us more than $10,000 to get a new one by the Comfort Systems USA - another big lie.
