Cartow Towing

Absolutely the best experience possible. Our Challenger broke down on a Friday night and we have gieco that contracts with Cartow and was told it could be an hour. Isaac responded within 15 minutes. The car was taken to the dealership but dodge had their gates locked so it was he took it back and stored in the impound yard and it was taken in the next morning. They let me know and kept me in the loop. We had to tow it back to the house a couple days later from the dealership to avoid expensive Fees from the dealership. I shopped around for tow pricing and these guys are by far the cheapest in the sugar house/Salt lake area.Jody in the office is so kind, helpful and a very good source of info. Isaac is the tow truck driver I had and recommend you ask for him. Extremely great guy. Treated my husband and I with respect and understood that the car is our baby and took such good car of it during both tows. He Was very careful and respectful of our possesions. He's a people person and will treat you like family! a bad situation but these folks made it so much more enduable. THANK YOU CARTOW!!!!!! We are so impressed!

READ ALL the reviews! There are many negative ones! Do not use this business or trust their service. They even put the most recent and negative ratings last so you don't see them. They falsely post fee descriptions and then charge more when you arrive forcing you to pay despite what their posted signs say. The agents are rude and they purposely ignore your responses when attempting to retrieve your vehicle so they can charge you more. You'll find them robbing dozens of people by not following transparent better business practices. Do not let them empty your pocketbook. Beware!
