Where can I even start! Not only did they handle my rush shipment professionally but they were able to provide me real time tracking of the driver as well as instant POD service using their digital system. I am beyond impressed and will definitely use them again. Cody, Beau and Phil all are rock stars and will make sure your customer is happy.

I found 24 Hour Express from a referral from a friend. Cindy has used this company for years. I had been paying people in my company for years to deliver sensitive documents to title companies and banks that were on large salaries. I've found it much more cost effective to trust Beau and his employees to get the documents where they need to be. I've never had anything but positive experiences with them. I own a business in Bountiful and have enjoyed working with Beau Bilbro and Cody Bilbro for several years. They have a great service that saves my company a tremendous amount of stress and time. Prices are very reasonable and I can count on them to transport my products and deliver them on time and undamaged. I'd recommend them to any company looking to deliver something same day. I've tried several of the competitors over the years and have not been nearly as happy in the customer service, professionalism or in price.

Where to start with this company. I had tried this excuse of a company for a mere few weeks. The first week most, if not all my packages were damaged or open by the time they reached me. All they told me was, that was how they got the package every time. I used to have to travel to pick up these same packages before trying a courier service. And every time I went out to get them they were never damaged, nor opened. I figured I'd give them another week to redeem themselves. That first Monday of the second week I didn't get my package until after closing time, when supposedly it was to be a hot shot delivery, which cost more than a regular delivery. The hot shot delivery is supposed to be a priority timely delivery. I didn't hear anything till 4, when I called it in at 7 in the morning. So much for giving them a second chance. After that, I tried to cancel my service with them and just continue to pick up the equipment myself again. I couldn't get rid of them for a couple weeks. They didn't stop picking my will calls and kept billing me for delivering long after I tried to leave. I only hope others will read my review and retain from using this poor service. It is NOT worth the time to call nor use, they do not work in a professional manner. If you want adequate and a real courier service I would highly recommend another courier. As you will not find anything here. As you see in my rating I don't even give them a star on purpose. I lost more money dealing with them then the 50 mile drive to pick up the equipment myself.

I called 24 Hour Express because my driver called in sick that morning and I had a bunch of different deliveries that needed to be delivered that day. I called many couriers and they were the ones that gave me the best price and the ones I felt would be able to take care of what I needed. They picked up everything and delivered it within in a few hours and were very friendly. Thanks for the wonderful service 24 Hour Express!!!
