I went here for ankle X-rays at the urging of my chiropractor. The radiologist gave a one-sentence "report" suggesting arthritis. While my chiropractor was willing to "adjust" the ankle based upon that, since I was out of town he suggested I go to a foot & ankle specialist. I brought the "X-rays" which were so fuzzy as to be unusable. New x-rays taken by my podiatrist revealed severe damage, including several bone fragments, one the size of a pea, lodged in my ankle. Also arthritis and tendons which were virtually gone. While I didn't experience problems or unnecessary delays in the waiting room, the results of their "services" were utterly useless! UPDATE: Without any prompting, I received a letter from Open Imaging stating my X-ray was a new modality for them. Upon audit they found my images to be of poor quality and should have been redone. They adjusted my balance to zero. So I can't speak to their quality, but they aren't unreasonable.

Terrible! We were quoted a price for an mri. When the bill came it was double that price. We called and the manager said there was nothing they could do and they would not write off any money. To add insult to injury the images were so poor that my doctor could not read them. I HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DO THE MRI AGAIN! I am gonna be out over $1500!!!!! Kings is a joke!
