This salon used to be my go to place for everything. I was gifted microbalding for my eyebrows from my wife for Christmas. I arrived for my appointment, waited 20 minutes to get back, Janalee, who the salon contracted to provide this service laid me down on the table, asked me what I was looking for in this service, then continued to cut out checking her phone and apologizing for some outside thing happening at the moment. She put a topical numbing on my brows, which didn't numb me what so ever, which I repeatedly told her that it was rather painful. When she finished, about 45 minutes later she sat me up and had me look at my brows and asked if there was anything I wanted done differently, I told her that I'd like them thicker and the exact response I got from her was that she can't add hair and I was stuck with that because that's where my hair grows. I'm more than positive that the exact thing people look for in microblading is to add hair like stokes in places that you don't naturally have. I called the salon twice in January to schedule my touch up with Janalee and was told both times they'd have to call me back with her schedule. Needless to say, I never got a call. I eventually sought someone else to do my eyebrows and let me tell you, the experience was 300% different and so much better with the new girl I went with. I highly recommend not going here for this particular service and if you'd like a great referral I have one for you. I reached out to both the salon and the girl Janalee, who did mine in hopes of a refund for the poor service, terrible outcome and no follow up from both the salon and her. Both have refused to give me any sort of refund, just products and services. Why in the hell would I want to come to either of them for anything with such a terrible experience? The both of them would rather go to small claims court rather than make their wrongs right and give me a refund.
Great place!!! I didn't have to wait. The shop was nice and clean and I love the idea of a loyalty card!!! Will definitely come back.

I have had a Coolsculpting treatment once before from a different company and the results are hands down better with Jordan. I guarantee you will see the difference and will be making your next appointment the same day. This really works and you rarely need more than 2 treatments fr the same area. I have never had a way to get rid of my underarm fat or my post-child stomach fat. This is the cure an this is an affordable way without surgery! Have 35 min procedure during lunch and go back to work! I have never been happier with my body and owe it all to Jordan at SLC Med Spa!

DESPICABLE! I signed a 15 month contract at Gold Gym. Once it expired it went month to month. Fine. Soon after, I purchased another 15 months in advance...but a month later, they charged me another monthly fee.! I called and they apolgized and said it will be cancelled and refunded.I get an email the next month that they were trying to charge my account but I changed my card number.I called again and explained the situation. They said they would cancel it again and get that refund processed.Guess what...a month later I see another monthly fee taken out of my account. I can't wait for normal business hours to hear wtf is going on. Absolutely furious right now! So furious I made a review...and I never make reviews.
I am absolutely astonished by the lack of professionalism of this office. I have had to reschedule my appt, which I paid in full upfront, 4 times now! Once because they didn't realize they were closed on July 25 when I specifically asked that question, another because the machine broke and another because I called to bump up my appt and the receptionist said she could take care of that for me.... Put me on the books .... But... Forgot to inform the tech notion of the appt!!!! Wth. If I ran my business like this office does, I'd be out of business. This was not just one person making a mistake but a combination of people screwing up. For this amount of money or for any amount of money for that matter I can't believe this is what I deal with from a "professional".
Nat was super cute. She was hypersensitive to my needs and always made sure I was comfortable. The environment was super relaxing--I took a little nap while she did my lash extensions--and I was so happy with the result!
