They don't go by experience or how long you have been there. They put you in a higher position then demote you. I had turned in my resignation on 6/1, worked a full day, had the next 2 days off and went to work on the next day, work 7 hrs, when my supervisor takes me to his sup who hands me (what she says) is my 3rd write up ( which it was only my 2nd) and that it's a valid termination because she had spoke with our HR to make sure, When I spoke to our HR person the following week, he knew nothing of it because he had been out of the office and when I asked him how can you fire someone that had turned in their resignation, he had no response. They have very bad management skills. I had worked there for 3 1/2 yrs and was making more the most of the people on the floor. They set you up to fail. I would not recommend this place for anyone to work at unless you don't plan on making it a permanent job.
