My wife and I both joined about 2 weeks ago! It has been nothing but great. Every instructor is personable and cares about you. They will make sure that you have good form and know what your doing. I love that we are all there for different reasons and no one feels judged at all! You are welcomed by not only the staff but by all the other people there to work out. It really does feel like one big family! I get a good work out every single time and it doesn't get boring at all!

This gym is amazing! From the moment you walk in you feel included and everyone is always trying to help you get better. It's a great workout, and super fun so it makes you want to keep going back :)
This is one of the best gyms I have signed up for. They offer a variety of classes such as kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian jitsu, etc. I have only been trying the kickboxing classes and they are amazing. The instructors are very friendly and always push your limits. Each instructor has their own style and unique personality but they all share the same values - making sure the classes are fun, challenging and motivational! They also have gray playlists that cheer you up! You will see significant change in your body and strength after a couple months. The first class is free so you should give it a try! I'm sure you won't be able to resist and keep coming back ;)

I have told many people over the years about Monk Wise and will continue to do so. Recently I had to take a month off after three years of training and I hated not being able to go. Monk Wise has become a home-away from home for me. It is a safe comfortable environment where everyone is welcome and supported by the staff and the other students. Training is challenging but if you are willing to push yourself and let yourself be pushed it is incredible what they can teach you. Through Tai Chi I have less knee pain and the strength and endurance training has helped my breathing and overall physical health. The Sifus are very knowledgeable in many areas of Kung Fu and are able to adapt training based on the student's ability level. Classes are flexible and easy to get to at either location. Not only do we learn Tai Chi and Kung Fu, but also specialized forms, weapons, self-defense and even traditional arts at some of the special activities and gatherings throughout the year. If you are looking for a supportive, knowledgeable environment where you can learn traditional martial arts and gain strength and confidence, then Monk Wise is where you want to be.
