While the doctor I was with was absolutely wonderful, a lot of the other people who work here are unprofessional. Especially the office manager. I was going to be late to an appointment and so I called ahead to let them know only be told I would have to keep a lot of my health concerns to myself if I was still going to come to my appointment as I was late. That's unprofessional behavior and the receptionist was rude as well in her tone of voice. If they're so concerned about me being 20 minutes late to my physical then how come everytime I've had an appointment here and arrived promptly at my appointment time, I've had to wait for an hour after my appointment started before I see the doctor? Unpleasant words were exchanged with the receptionist after she told me this, and admittedly I was probably wrong in how I handled it. But get this. They sent me a certified letter telling me they would no longer see me. Not just a letter. Certified. They wanted to be sure I got their politely worded "screw off." That's just insanely petty. I'd already made the decision that I wasn't going to return here for my medical care in the future but to receive a certified letter in the mail, I had to write this review.

The WORST medical facility that i have ever been to.The 2.5 google rating that they have is no doubt a generous gift of sympathy. Of 54 reviews, 31 of them rated this provider a 1 star and were exceptionally dissatisfied with the services provided. With poor ratings spanning five years, it seems they are unconcerned about their patients. I wonder what self-respecting physician would be comfortable in that environment. Unnecessary testing by their facility regularly required by their physicians which create unnecessary (hidden) charges that you will get in the mail later.Poorly ran office with no returned phone calls. No one there ever knows whats going on, so calling is usually 30 minutes wasted.If your looking for a new doctor, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
Reception (Kaitlyn?) is extremely rude and even hung up the phone on me! Pretentious nasty attitude. They told me that Dr. Steele takes United Healthcare but when I called UHC they told me she is not on their list and is not covered. When I called Foothill back to confront them about the issue they got super nasty with me and told me that Dr. Steele sends all claims in under another doctor's name? Since when is THAT legal? Then she rudely hung up on me. Obviously these people have no morals or ethics and are perpetrating what I would consider insurance fraud (Reported to UHC's fraud department). Stay away if you want to be treated with respect.

Dr. Gociman is professional, careful,passionate and kind. I am a very difficult case with a needed lip reconstruction. No other doctor is willing to help me. DR. Gociman understands my need to become me again. He is so kind, yet blunt and I trust his capabilities.
I will never bring my daughter to this clinic ever again! Lisa whats-her-last name, N.P. was really rough when my 12-month daughter didn't want her to look in her ear, she squeezed the top of my daughter's head, forcing it to turn to the direction she wants. My daughter cried loudly while she did this. I know my daughter and I know she got hurt, but I did not say anything even if I should have. Second, we were in for my daughter's vaccines and they gave her 5 shots and we left after. 2 hours or so later, I got a call, saying they forgot to give 1 more vaccine. I went in AGAIN that same day for it, only to know that it wasn't required until her 15th month. What's wrong with you people?! I only found out after they gave it to her. Ugh! Worst ever. They said it's because I don't have to return in 3 months. I'd rather return in 3 months than to have my daughter overdose on vaccines!! What kind of facility is this? Do yourselves a favor and don't waste your time going there.
I made several simple yet specific requests of the doctor, anesthesiologist, and nurse prior to my surgery at St. Marks. Each "healthcare professional" assured me that my requests would be honored. After surgery I learned that NONE were. The entire experience left me feeling utterly betrayed and marginalized. If you go there for surgery, you will be heavily sedated as quickly and as long as possible so that they don't have to worry about your humanity. I strongly encourage you to find a different hospital for surgery.
This is a horrible hospital. There is little to no follow-up after a proceedure. If you pre-pay for your proceedure, you can expect a surprise bill a few months later. Their billing department is a nightmare! If you have the choice, don't go to this hospital.
I was really surprised at how rude this guy was. I once had a physical therapist that had NO bedside manner at all. He was really blunt. But, he knew what he was talking about and he would fix you. He was amazing. Dr. Coriz was not like that. He still had that brashness and sense of importance but he knew absolutely nothing. I was so frustrated by the time that I left that I just sat in my car and cried.
