The store concept is foolish. Just have people stand behind a desk to form a line, not lets bombard the person who has been bombarded for the past few hours to the point they hate everyone because this is how the store is mapped out.

I shopped at this location on Saturday 1/7/2017. I did not get greeted by any store associate's, I did get greeted by your HP representative.When I walked back to the laptop section there were 4 associates standing around chatting with each other and not engaging the customers at all, when I asked where an item was they pointed instead of walking me to the item, I asked two more associates and received the same response. I love shopping here unfortunately not because of your customer service but the items you sell.I have been in retail since 1980 and know how important customer satisfaction can impact a retailer. Next time I need to shop a Best Buy I'll try a different location.And finally regretfully I cannot even rate this location one star at all, but not able to post unless I do.Possibly more training is needed in how to display better Customer Service.

Great service and a nice selection of electronics. The location is great too. It's close enough to the freeway exit that it's easy to get to and far enough away to make traffic flow nicely.
I was in the store about 25 minutes. I needed help in the DVD'S and the section of DVD movies. I received NO greeting from any employee, no help in the area I needed help in. Three younger guys (employees) looked over at me, then all resumed chatting. Really? I will NEVER enter that store again. Just lost about a $300 sale. Worst customer service.
