Great guy. Ex Army airborne. Now excellent medical PA-C. Gave me epidural (not sure if that's the right word) shots in my lower spine. Worked great. Pain gone.We are both ex airborne but I would not dream of getting in a fight with him. He is a giant, I am little. He could wipe me out with his little finger!
hris Platt is the epitome of a sketch car dealer. He sold us, a young family, a vehicle. Less than 10 miles away from the lot after the paper work was finished the cars check engine light turned on. We took the car into our mechanic and were told that the compression in the cylinders was not functioning properly. This is a very serious issue and we were told that to repair it it would take more than $6000-$7000 in repairs. Which was more than the vehicle its self was worth. When we called to tell him about this (all of this happening within the first 24 hrs of the purchase) he told me, " you dont need to worry about the check engine light..." aparently he "always turns those off to see if they come back on." DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HIM. HE WILL 100% TRY TO RIP YOU OFF. And he will refuse to work with you at all once you find out you are in a dud of a vehicle. So if you dont have thousands of dollars to waste.... never buy from him.
I have set up a monitoring system for my aunt’s cabin using Monnit’s open/close sensors, and a Monnit cellular gateway. It was easy to create an account using the iMonnit portal. All I had to do was type in some numbers to add the gateway, and sensors to my aunt’s account. Once I finished setting up the account, I installed the sensors. Installing the sensors took the most amount of time. From opening the iMonnit account to installing the last sensor took about 40 minutes. It only took that long because there where a lot of doors, and windows to place a sensor on. Setting up text notifications in iMonnit is fast, and cuts out the home security middle man. Installing the iMonnit app on my smartphone was a breeze, and having the app makes it very easy to check what’s going on with my sensors. Using Monnit open/close sensors instead of a traditional home security system is a lot more affordable, and my aunt is still eligible for a discount on her home owner’s insurance. I would recommend Monnit as a simple, self-install, monitoring solution.
AT&T refuses to unlock my eligible phone - which is illegal! We have had THE WORST experience with AT&T. We requested to have my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge unlocked, (which is eligible according to the AT&T website) following the exact directions on the AT&T page, filling out the unlock request online. We received an email from AT&T, confirmed our request, then was sent an email approving our request with an unlock code. When we tried the code, it said it was invalid. We have called AT&T 5 times and escalated our calls to management requesting a new unlock code because the one we were sent was not valid. We have been dealing with this issue for 4 days and AT&T keeps pushing us to Samsung (who told us this is an AT&T issue), or the last rep we talked too told us that the phone may be PERMANENTLY locked to the AT&T network because too many attempts were made to unlock the device. They filed a claim with another department, but said it will take up to 72 hours to process. The AT&T rep also told us we could try and sell our phone to a person who uses their network to try and get a little bit of our money back.According to the FCC, on February 11, 2015, all carriers HAVE to provide unlocking codes and instructions to customers who request this information. We have gone into an AT&T store and were told it wasn't their problem. We have spent over 10 hours researching this and contacting AT&T and going to their stores following every instruction. If it is true that my $800 device is permanently locked to AT&T, then NEVER BUY A PHONE WITH AT&T! This is illegal and we will be filing a complaint with the FCC and BBB and posting our experience on multiple sites to warn other customers that they can lock your phone and refuse to unlock it. Our family has been using AT&T for over 20 years and our entire family will be cancelling our service with AT&T ($300 per month) because of the run-around and disrepect we have received. All we want is a new unlock code.
They are not good for their word. Watch out when doing business with this company. No backbone. They can't finish the job out and then the manager won't take any more calls. Bad business.
The 6-8 weeks for results is not even the minimum, they started my test 8 weeks after they received it, and 10 weeks later they said they could not complete the testing! No refund, nothing... Their solution is to start all the process from zero again...
I am so excited to be at Donna Manor! I looked around and I see that this complex is the best for my money. I recently moved in here. The application process was really easy and straightforward. Kristen and her staff were really helpful, and they actually read the contract with you so you know what you are signing. They have bent over backwards to make my new apartment look and feel like home. I always look forward to spending time in the pool and hot tub, using the workout room and making new friends.
Miller Estates is an awesome community to live at! I have lived from apartment to apartment for 5 years in a row now! This is the first place that I actually renewed my contract with them. The office staff is wonderful and will listen to you if you need help with anything. Jared is the best manager I have ever worked with. The grounds are beautiful and my dog has made many friends. What a great place to live! I have the greatest neighbors. I have only had to have maintenance come out to my apartment once, they were friendly and the issue was taken care of quickly. I have never lived in a complex that has had a pool party and movie night for the renters. What a great way to meet your neighbors and make new friends. I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a place to live. They even let me use the clubhouse for a birthday party and didn't even make me pay to use it!
Perfect lines and exceptional work ethic! Great to work with all around from start to finish. Happy to work with again!
Had them jet a clogged parking lot culvert. They came the same day I called. Pulled out a giant root ball.
