Only go here if you want bad customer service and want to feel like you are an inconvenience. I went here the first time in January of 2007. I tried on some dresses and got great customer service from Lisa. She told me to give her a call in February so she could show me the 2008 spring line which wouldn't be ready until then. I called from February 10th throught the 22nd and left several messages without anybody calling me back. When I finally did get an appointment I thought it was with Lisa but turns out she had a last minute singing gig and Pamela was there instead. She showed me all the same things Lisa had showed me, but no 2008 items. She did however mention all my imperfections and why the dresses she was putting on me didn't fit me (i.e. small chest, wide ribcage, short stature). She proceeded to try to sell me a dress that was their most expensive dress (mermaid style although I had told her I don't like mermaid). Since we weren't making any progress she set me up for an appointment the following saturday at 1 p.m with Lisa. When I showed up at 1, they said my appointment had been for 11 that morning ( I know for sure it wasn't), and they would call me to set up another appointment. I asked Lisa if she had written down the dresses that I had like when I was there in January, she said because she hadn't heard from me in over a month (because nobody called me back) she had thrown my information out. I don't know if it's because my wedding isn't until October or because I don't fit their typical bride (getting married in the temple) but I was treated second rate at best and like I was some little kid at worst. I am not some whiny 18 year old brat, I am an educated professional and just wanted to be treated in kind. Needless to say there will be no other appointment.
