The manager at the Farmington location has terrible customer service. It took me 1hr to return some dresses i purchased online. Their online system accidentally sent me 3 free dresses....ooops. I was trying to return them and she was very condescending and rude. She even walked away for 20 minutes to fix a printer while I stood at the register and made me wait to fix their mistake. She was frustrated with me for her own companies mistake. Maybe they should change their name to the Crabby Apple. Much more fitting.
