Signed a contract for a Viking Pool install, April 2017,September 9/14/17. Still not complete. Extremely frustrated and disappointed with my choice to use them.Please do not use Doug and his company for your pool install. They will take your money for deposit, pool purchase, ant then hold you hostage and not honor verbal commitments. They destroyed by back yard, water lines.
Don't buy from Doug Jones !! Inferior merchandise and he refuses to do anything, even when you have all sales receipts in hand. Denies any responsibility for problems.
We needed an old hot tub removed and they took care of me right away! Great price and got the job done!
Gary Wright is one of those service people you generally wonder about when asking "where did all the good repair guys go?" Our hot tub was a disaster after not being used for a few years. We needed it repaired before leaving town in a couple of days. He diagnosed the problems (needed a new heater and two pumps) on Saturday, collected parts, worked Sunday and Monday until almost 10:00 pm, but had it completely repaired. He gave us costs before starting and was very efficient and reliable. He is a gem and I would highly recommend him for hot tub repair.
Our experience was horrible. He replaced our old pump with his pump with a six month warranty last month. this month it broke and when we asked him to come check it out it and he said the motor needed to be replaced. He then told us times he would be at our house and he would not show up and would not call. We would have to call him and he would always give the answer later or tomorrow. When all was said and done he brought the wrong motor and we couldn't keep waiting for him to show up with the right motor so our warranty was never fulfilled. Horrible customer service.
Great job! Worked with David and his crew over the past 2 years at Cottonwood Heights rec. center. 5 major jobs, each completed above expectations, budget and time.

Gary is a stand up guy. At first I was a bit put off by his $75 fee to simply show up. However he showed up and got busy, quickly discovering the problem to fix my tub. He found me a used replacement part that saved me $100 off a new part I ordered online. He even went the extra mile and showed up to install the part after hours so I could enjoy my tub over the holiday weekend. I will be calling him again and referring him to my friends.
Garry Wright is an amazing electrician and very friendly. He made having our spa installed and additional electrical work very painless. We enjoyed him very much.
