I had the best experience in this office and with Dr. Woseth. About a year ago I noticed a red spot near my nose and I assumed the worst so I made an appointment at this office because it came highly recommended. The well lit, clean, and very beautiful interior of the office told me I was in a professional environment and around people who care about details. The staff at the desk greeted me with a smile and treated me with courtesy. I saw Dr. Woseth very quickly after I arrived. He listened patiently to me as I rambled about my self diagnosis, but he assured me it probably wasn't as bad as I thought. He treated me with great care and helped put my mind at ease. During my visit he biopsied the thing that concerned me. In less than a week I had the answer and sure enough, it turned out not to be my worst case scenario.Luckily I don't have any other major skin issues right now, but if I ever do, I will return without a doubt to see Dr. Woseth.

It has been my pleasure to work with Shane Farr. He is an excellent PA in dermatology. I would never consider going to anyone else. Very professional and courteous.
I had the pleasure of meeting the management team today. They are very professional and I look forward to working with them
I had been going to Michael Swinyer for the last couple years as he was recommended from a friend. This last time I went in, he did a full body scan and then suggested I had a few things to burn off. I said, great, burn them off as I thought that was the reason you went to a dermatologist! So after little liquid nitrogen and a few burns, I was out the door and back to work. Then about 2 weeks later the real burn came - I got a bill in the mail for over $400.00!Insurance paid their small portion of it, and then I was left with the remaining balance of $284.57. I couldn't believe it and figured there was some mistake. So I called the billing office and played phone tag for several days while I was trying to understand my bill. Finally without getting a satisfactory answer, I went in and asked to speak with the office manager or Dr Swinyer directly. I was told I couldn't speak with Dr. Swinyer directly but rather had to speak with the billing manager. The billing manager came and got me and she brought me back to her office in front of her entire staff and started to explain how it was my fault that I didn't ask the Dr. how much it would be to burn off these little skin things. I explained I was sorry, but how was I supposed to know that there would be an extra charge for a few dollars worth of liquid nitrogen. I explained that every dermatologist I have ever been to, and even my primary care Dr has burned little things off as part of the normal exam. I explained that the most frustrating part was the fact that Dr. Swinyer was afraid or didn't speak up and set the expectation there would be an additional charge. I told her, had he said this, at that point I could have made a decision and then even expected and planned for the bill. We continued to argue it out in front of her whole office, until I was so upset with their logic I was shaking. She finally told me that in each of their rooms there is a notice. see picture attached to review.
I went to see Dr. Mike Swinyer. The front desk lady and the nurse were both very pleasant. I was worried about the rash on my back and Dr. Swinyer explained to me what it was and what might have caused it. I was very happy with the service.
My medical care at Swinyer-Woeseth was satisfactory, but I cannot recommend the practice because of the administrative staff, especially in the accounting department. My procedure resulted in a sizable bill. I set up a payment plan, but when I called to discuss adjusting that plan, it became a nightmare. First, the woman who deals with accounts never answered the phone. I always got her voice mail, left messages, but she never returned my calls. I had to assume my messages were getting through, but I could never be sure. After several months, she finally called me and was quite rude and unprofessional. I would never refer anyone to Swinyer-Woeseth after this most disappointing experience.
Great doctor....very nice man that listens to his patients and knows his stuff very well!! Staff is good too !
All personnel are kind and professional and the service is great!
CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE - I called to set up a consultation. The woman on the telephone could not handle simple questions. She wanted to book me for an initial consultation four weeks out for potential botox or restylane injections (I found them using the search term "restylane" but she told me they don't do those). She gave me a 15-minute slot on the calendar but said to expect to be there around an hour. I asked her what the rest of the time of the appointment would be for. She kept repeating this mantra as if she did not know, that most people are told to expect their first visit to be around an hour. I kept asking her how that works since she gave me a 15-minute slot. She kept repeating "most people are told...." mantra. There were more instances where she just could not seem to answer simple questions, that had to do with their office policies and procedures in genera. I asked to speak with someone else and got Kelly. I tried to tell her the problems I was having getting some simple questions answered and Kelly interrupted me twice rudely and said, "How can I help you?" She told me she was not interested in my problems (she said this!!) and that she felt the other woman had done fine to answer my questions. I felt that if I could not even get straight answers at this beginning level, something is really wrong with the staff there. They were not very bright, not good at basic communication skills, or downright rude. I was horrified within a few minutes of trying to speak with them and it only got worse. Be careful! If the staff members are this bad, the people running the show can’t be much better.
