What a huge disappointment from start to finish with Jetblue on our flights from FL to DC. ! Both my flights going and coming back were delayed by a lot, we arrived an hour late both times. Then we had a horrible experience with their flight attendant going to DC, who did not want to be there and treated us all poorly, she is not a good fit for the Jetblue experience at all, what a horrible time. I do not know why they hire people like her, is that all you can get? Then we arrived so late, we missed the metro subway and had to get a taxi and pay almost the cost of the flight, how horrible your service is. I bragged to my spouse how good Jetblue was when they first started, and instead you keep getting worse. Then on the return flight, on Monday, 1979, this was late too, by a lot, it cost me big, then paying more for car parking and all. The pilot never told us why we were waiting so long to take off, we must have waited 45 minutes just to take off. Then their in-flight tv did not work at all on the flight coming back. What an overall horrible experience with your airline. I doubt we will use them ever again. What bothered me both times is that the people on the ground and the air, never communicated well for delays and problems, we left so late. I wrote to them and they wanted to give me a $15 credit, what a joke. I think they should fully refund me for such horrible flights for both me and my spouse, we spent $450 between us and it was horrible. What mediocrity from JetBlue. They used to be good, but no more. I doubt I would ever use them again nor use their lame $15 credit because their tv didn't work. I expected more from JetBlue. Now I know when they go out of business why, they will bring it upon themselves for not making things right with customers. I am really offended now and what an insult. Horrible!
The airline should do something about people who are large enough they need two seats. I get the federal government says they can't charge them for two seats but I should not have to share the seat I am in and that I have paid for. I am literally speaking... He was on all of his seat and half of mine! Southwest, you should be ashamed of yourself!!
