Jillynn and Dani, as well as Mandy(?) We're extremely kind. I came in with my two daughters (4&5) and we're very patient and listened to me as well as helped entertain my two young girls. This was only my second visit and my first purchase from Sephora. I will absolutely be returning to this store specifically. Love, love, LOVE!!!! The selection was amazing and the policies were very obliging. As a beauty professional I could not have asked for more!
0 friends 1 review 1.0 star rating 7/31/2016 I received an email from Bath & Body Works on July 31,2016 @12:11am stating that time is running out and that the candle promo ends today, I showed the email to the cashier and she shook her head and said NO this ended yesterday, I asked why I would receive the email today she said she didn't know, I asked if she was going to honor the email she said NO. WOW! Cashier#1664058 where is the customer service? I usually shop at the Fashion Place mall and spend at least $100.00 per month, I know for a fact had I gone there they would honor your companies mistake. This cashier didn't even blink when she saw that I was upset, I was prepared to spend $$$$ however I will NEVER go to this store and I will make sure that I share this information and the lack of care and concern.
I had an appointment scheduled for a "blowout" which is basically a wash/dry and style. I had a photo shoot to be at by 4:30pm (the hairstylist knew) My appointment was at 3, when the hairdresser called me asked if we could ouch back the appointment to 3:30 because they were running behind, I said that was fine. I Showed up, she was working on another ladies hair and told me it wouldn't be too much longer. Ok. 4:15 came around and I finally asked her if she would have time to do this in 15 min. She basically shook her head and said "no, probably not". Ok. That leaves me 15 min to drive home, somewhat style my hair and show up at the photo shoot by 4:30. To say the least I was a bit upset. Not going back there. What's the point of having an "appointment"? Total joke.
Today I went to Sephora in city creek to use my once a year 20% off coupon for being VIB Rouge member.I used the Sephora APP to list in my shopping list in the "check out basket".All up I had 32 items! I was offered assistance from Jilliyn and Jasmine - see test girls I must add!They walked with me around the whole store ensuring I had checked off my list. We were on a mission. As I grabbed one item, Jillian and Jaime alternated grabbing other items. I had so much fun as we were like clock work. So much appreciate their assistance and especially the fact they were smiling and happily helping me out the whole entire time.Best experience thus far! And to top it off with my 30 items all checked off I made it again as a 2015 Rough member. Bonus!
I am a trainee of Elite Uinta Expansion and my experience has been great, to get the chance to be trained by two independent women who work hard everyday along side with me has been a huge blessing. Not only is this a place where I can be myself but there is unlimited growth potential, its definitely an exciting place to work.
I love my job, my bosses and all my co-workers, I couldn't ask for more positive, fun place to work.The fact that they are training to create more skills for my career is incredible.
