I was very disappointed with this company maybe they are good for some others but I will not be back

Do not work this person in any capacity. His word can not be trusted. He does not pay bills for work performed by contractors who have given him a deal because of his mistake, and he then slanders them on the internet. Just a bad businessman - AVOID!

My Ivory Home is very poor quality. It was not framed according to Ivory's own specs. Many walls are out of plumb. The paint is sub-standard and they refused to re-paint instead paying me $1500 to accept it. I have re-occurring wall cracks. The stucco on my deck columns was incorrectly applied and flaked off in six months. I have over 150 feet of cracks in my basement floor. Ivory had to re pour three slabs of concrete because of poor or little compaction. They failed to nail down three roof (turtle) vents. I have sheet rock tape falling off my ceiling for the second time in the same place they repaired it. They buried concrete junk in my yard while back filling around the house. I had to shore up the floor where my TV sits to stop it from rocking when I walked past it. An associate of mine told me I would be in my Ivory home upside down the day I signed the papers. He was soo right! Will you? If only he had told me before I bought it.

Do NOT use this agency for anything! Anthony (Tony) Ramirez completely lacks integrity, honesty, amongst numerous other issues. I listed with him and he put my house on the MLS, for an undervalued amount. My house sold on the first day. There were two offers on my house and he only told me about one of the offers. Not knowing about the second offer entirely changed the dynamics of the offer I accepted. He has never apologized and has excuse after excuse for his behavior. He doesn't know how to calculate numbers, evaluate property values, or anything else pertinent to being a Real Estate agent. The worst experience I've ever had and he has cost me thousands of dollars...and he won't refund the fees I owe him.

Jim (the owner as he informed me) was not very friendly when I called to discuss an account. I asked 2 questions was told no and before I could continue with conversation was told thanks for calling..click It was obvious time was of the essence, but when you are in a customer service field, one does not treat a potential client that way. I will go someplace else with my complex.

Utah's Best really is the Best Real Estate company. They are easy to work with, they worked on my schedule and helped me out both with selling my home and buying another home. The process was seem less! Call them today.

Security at Century 16 is good. It doesn't matter where you park your Honda, it's going to get taken. Honda's are a hot ride right now. We just got our '95 taken. Good thing they were able to only steal the $1,000.00 stereo !!!! We got it back in one piece though. Lucky us!
