First of all I BEFORE I bought my 2016 Juke, I had 2 concerns: drivers side window did not work and neither did the sound system. I went back the next day with check in hand and was assured that both were fixed. That's when ALL Customer Service went down the toilet. I asked where the car was taken because the sound system was not fixed. They told me Tim Dahle (not true and $120 later and a quote of $1700 to replace it) The manager Daniel referred me to Auto Trim Design... They'll get a zero star review next) I went online and found the original system for about $1200, it was replaced with, and I quote "an upgrade including GPS for out of pocket $200". After installation I went online and this "upgrade for $189.00 at BestBuy!!! Hertz made out like a bandit (thief or a swindler?)... STILL waiting for that call back Daniel promised 2 days ago! I've never been screwed during a car buying experience before. I guess there is first time for everything. You wanna give me a call Hertz??? What exactly did Auto Trim Design get out this but a check of $214 from me and $600 from Hertz? No wonder you've been in business since 1976! Jim (the owner) Daniel from Hertz got a great deal out of me. Auto Trim Design has some great stuff and ideas for my car but wouldn't shop there anymore[

Should have been an easy fix, went to have sunroof glass replaced, which they did, but they also tore the fabric on the inside of the sunroof when they tested to see if it was working fine. It was after the fact that they wanted to charge an additional $800.00 to get at the glass they couldn't reach. Tried to get them to fix, no use, owner won't return my calls. I guess I'd be crazy to think that if they fix it there wouldn't be any other additional damage.
Had the product that I needed and even had the best price that I had found. Extended the manufacturer warranty by an extra year which was nice. Great experience. These guys are on top of their game.
SO I went here to buy a stereo ended up leaving wit h a Kenwood DDX418. AWESOME stereo never seen better quality in my life. I told them I was going to install it myself and they gave me all the knowledge I needed for the job. So the next day I went back to get a bracket that I needed. I told them the screen was not working right so with no questions asked they replaced it, and with a newer model because they were clean out of that one (because I got the last one).
