Since when does subway use shredded cheese on their subs? My wife ordered a sub at the drive through last night and brought it home to me. I took one bite and about puked. Opened the sandwich to find shredded cheese. She said she ordered cheddar.
Super slow. No one acknowledges you when you come up to the counter. Not very friendly. Catered to the drive thru and left people inside waiting for long periods of time.
We waited over 30 min in the drive through line only six vehicles long on a Sat afternoon! We'd have left, but were trapped. Any business at the front window was quite limited. The manager refused to admit a problem or allow any compensation. The incompetent management and staff need a complete overhaul. Last time we ate there the hamburgers were super greasy and tasted like stale hotdogs. We will never eat there again, and I can't see why anyone else would ever want to.
After 3 tries to get a $6.49 combo and them still trying to up sale my order I just drove off. Went home and ate a 40 cent burrito.
The wife says the bread is not cooked thoroughly taste little dooey that seems to be the only problem two different times
I live 4 blocks from this. I stop weekly. Never can I remember going to this Happy Place and get every thing right. Either the order is wrong, the change is wrong, nothing is ever right. NOW at night they are closing down 1 of the 2 car ordering spots backing the cars up and around the parking area. Most leave before they get to to ordering but worse even more leave before they have to pay for it. SO what do you think. Time for a new manager?
Playland was very dirty, I watch a man do several drug deals out in the parking lot, come inside get warm and wait for the next customer. Food is over-priced and the staff is not friendly by any means.
Cold burger. Warm Ice Tea. Rude manager. What a typical Wendy's experience.
Terrible customer service every time. The staff is so unprofessional. You can clearly hear them saying inappropriate stuff while saying my order.I always go during the night so it was your night shift crew.
The owner was rude and ignored customers to help some of his friends that came in and were equally rude. Big turnover in help and it's no wonder why. Giving one star cause one if the workers was polite
