Horrible customer service for property management. They almost never answer emails, on the phone they sympathize with you and say that they will attend your concern but don't take action. I have been reporting big rats coming into my patio and they will say they will do something and they don't, they impose fines into your account because they can without evidence and got fined because I sealed the nesting area because they won't do anything

I was very disappointed with this company maybe they are good for some others but I will not be back
Do not work this person in any capacity. His word can not be trusted. He does not pay bills for work performed by contractors who have given him a deal because of his mistake, and he then slanders them on the internet. Just a bad businessman - AVOID!
This is THE WORST property management company I have ever rented from. I have rented in the Salt Lake City area for 5 years and never dealt with a landlord/management company this bad. They are terrible!Upon move in the property was very un-kept, diswasher didn't work, drains were clogged, sprinkler heads were missing and sprinkler system didn't work, etc. I notified Blakemore Property Management about these situations and it took weeks/months for some of the problems to be resolved while some were never resolved. I had to fix the sprinklers myself in order to keep the grass from dying. And the plumber they informed me would be coming out to fix the dishwasher and drains never came out, even after I made multiple maintenance calls. I had to deal with bad drains and NO dishwasher during my entire year lease! And these were problems with the property before I even moved in, they should not have been my problem!During my entire year lease I always paid rent a week early and was an easy tenant. But any time I tried to call with questions or help they treated me very poorly. Many times I was told they would call back and I never heard from them. I am so unimpressed by this company and frustrated beyond belief. Do not rent from them. You will be treated like scum the second you sign your lease.
Christy Wilkey is a dynamic and energetic real estate agent who exhibits the highest degree of expertise and professionalism. Whether you are buying or selling a home Christy will do an excellent job for you.
We hired Darrell to help us with our first home buying purchase. We had military benefits and very little knowledge surrounding the housing market, but Darrell helped guide us through the process like a true professional. He was informative, transparent, trustworthy and incredibly dependable. He valued our home buying experience as if it was his own and made sure that we were completely satisfied with our investment prior to any financial committments. Darrell has easily recieved our highest level of personal recommendation. He is everything you hope to find in a realtor. VET FRIENDLY
Darrell @ Destiny Real Estate is the PREMIERE real estate agent to work with. His long career has afforded him a deep knowledge of the Salt Valley and surrounding markets. He treats his clients with the upmost professionalism and they soon become like family. I have referred every neighbor, family member and friend that has needed real estate help and have never regretted it. I have watched him help every last one of them with all their needs, going above and beyond what most agents would do. He's focused, and doesn't stop until all their needs and expectations are met. I wouldn't trust anyone else to sell my home.
We would highly recommend Mike Ulrich as your realtor. He knew the market, helped us through each step of the process, was always friendly, and made himself available to us when we needed him. He made buying --a potentially stressful situation-- into a fun experience.
You know that feeling when you expect something to be bad, then when it actually happens it's not nearly as bad as you imagined - that's not this review of Perry Homes, it was worse! I've never built a home before, so maybe this is normal, but my experience with Perry Homes Utah (Murray Office) has been quite disappointing. Things to look out for:1. Sales agents are terribly disorganized, they're still faxing and handwriting addendums that look like MD scripts (check out Docusign people, it's 2015). Very difficult to resolve disputes when only handwriting experts can read the start sheet.2. Once they have your earnest money, all bets are off. Agent promised a 6 week close; hope you like staying in hotels because that's where you'll be staying for a month after the 6 week mark.3. If you want upgrades (other than appliances), you have to pay the sub-contractor direct, in cash with no written warranties and no resolution assistance via Perry Homes (cabinets, electrical, landscaping). A ceiling fan went missing and we were told "this is why we encourage our buyers not to upgrade, we can't be liable for loss of property". What??? I'm supposed to sit around and wait for all my stuff to get installed?4. If you like to look at piles of garbage, Perry Homes is your builder. They use the vacant adjacent lots to stage the building process. 10 feet from the property line site a pile of trash, boards, beer bottles, and concrete globs. When I asked the agent at the model home if it's normal for them to leave trash behind, she said she would have them clean it up. A month later, I emailed the Homeowner Protection Department, which forwarded by request to the Foreman who replied "it's not his lot, he shouldn't worry about it". Where is Mrs. Perry in all of this, these people need a mother to paddle their butts.5. Once you close get ready to get your "nag" on. 8 weeks after close, multiple punch list items are still unresolved. So, how likely would I be to refer a friend or family member to Perry Homes - not likely at all.PS, home quality is actually not bad, goes to show that it's the people that make all the difference.
My Ivory Home is very poor quality. It was not framed according to Ivory's own specs. Many walls are out of plumb. The paint is sub-standard and they refused to re-paint instead paying me $1500 to accept it. I have re-occurring wall cracks. The stucco on my deck columns was incorrectly applied and flaked off in six months. I have over 150 feet of cracks in my basement floor. Ivory had to re pour three slabs of concrete because of poor or little compaction. They failed to nail down three roof (turtle) vents. I have sheet rock tape falling off my ceiling for the second time in the same place they repaired it. They buried concrete junk in my yard while back filling around the house. I had to shore up the floor where my TV sits to stop it from rocking when I walked past it. An associate of mine told me I would be in my Ivory home upside down the day I signed the papers. He was soo right! Will you? If only he had told me before I bought it.
