My wife and I just filed for bankruptcy and due to a car accident a few weeks before we no longer had a car. Everyone there did EVERYTHING they could do and got us into a 2015 dodge journey. We are very happy and satisfied with our purchase and even have sent friends and family to buy new cars from them.
I was in what felt like a sinking ship in regards to my credit and being able to get not only a vehicle, but a reliable one. I thought that I was going to have to resort using a "buy here, pay here" dealer until I heard UCA commercial on the radio. I have dealt with ALOT of car salesman over time and by far, I must say that George Mahone of UCA is an outstanding, professional, and extremely courteous individual. Not pushy or overbearing, he even gave me the approval to search for a vehicle outside of their own lot. He got me into a truck that I NEVER would have thought I could get into until years after building my credit back up. I will forever recommend not only UCA, but George Mahone and his gift of making good people in a bad situations and to restore faith into a dealership that truly has your concerns, priorities, budget and the EXACT type of vehicle you need, not something you don't want. George Mahone is one outstanding, compassionate man and I will forever be grateful for all the team effort given from him and his team at Utah Credit Approval! I have been with this credit union for many years. I always get great customer service for any transaction. I cannot say enough good things about Brett from the Sandy branch. He is the most professional and courteous branch manager that I have encountered. He treats customers with utmost respect. I really appreciate him and will continue to go to that branch.

Want to see how many possible mistakes a bank can make in a short amount of time? This is the bank for you. Want to see how long it can take to NOT fix those mistakes? This bank wins over all others. Want to have surprises around every corner? They have the worst surprises for you!But really, when we have to go out of our way and fight tooth and nail to get simple stupid things done that's when you know they really don't have your best interest. How many times have we told you to change our address yet nothing happened? And guess what? When you guys shut down our cards (with no knowledge until we were stuck at the gas station trying to get gas we knew we had the money for) the new cards were of course sent to the old address. The one we had told you to change MULTIPLE times and was promised each one of those times it would be. And then, when you finally send the cards to the right address you somehow send us the WRONG cards?! How in the world does that happen? We're out.
I lockout of my house Advanced Locksmith Services, Inc was there on time and was able to open the door in about ten minutes without having to use a drill. His fee was the flat rate of $79 as quoted on the phone. Given the prompt and professional service, I was impressed and will likely use them again to fix a deadbolt lock that needs to be remounted. Advanced Locksmith Services, Inc get the service done.
They were very helpful when it came to opening and account. I was impressed with the customer service and the continued service we receive.
HORRIBLE! This credit union is the worst out of all financial institutions in Utah. I have an intimate knowledge of the credit union, and believe me DFCU has unethical and deceitful practices. This is the most polite way I can put it. Save your time and money and go to a full-service Credit Union that's more professional. DFCU is an amateur little league credit union at best. It's understandable that they might make a mistake or two (or several in my case) that causes you significant problems, but what's not okay is the lack of any effort whatsoever to make it right. "Do What's Right" apparently does not apply here. That is why DFCU has a 3.5 star rating on Facebook, while others like America First has 4.5 stars. Anything below 4.0 star is considered a miserable failure of the business to adequately address the concerns of their customers. DFCU is obviously offending the masses, not just a handful of people. Does the upper management even care or even trying to do anything about it?
