My experience at Precept was excellent. The staff is very responsive, fair and helpful. Five stars all the way!
I'm not new to home buying (over 10 purchased & sold). Babs De Lay of Urban Utah Homes provided the MOST frustrating, no responsive, & unprofessional experience. She was unresponsive to requests for info & documentation. She wouldn't even bother to provide keys and garage door openers at time of closing. She couldn't be bothered.
Worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Manager of the property I was trying to apply to was never there, never answered phone, never returned calls. I tried for 6 weeks to get an application.Corporate office is worse. I have left messages for the last three weeks and can not get anyone to return my call. Terrible customer service. Stay far away from this company.
Where do I even begin. Lack of communication within their team. I paid each month early for 3 leases. They do not value on time payments or how many leases you have signed with them. Not willing to work with you at all. I was accused of stealing and lying the moment I disagreed with their opinion. They were not willing to do the proper research to find out the information I needed. Total lack of any customer service or ability to make a respond in a timely manner. They took weeks to even reply to my voice messages or emails. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money here.
I think that they are very polite and respectful people. They answer my questions any time. Highly recommend!!!
I used them to manage a property of mine for two years. It was a terrible experience all around. Marlyn provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No quarterly walkthroughs as contracted, all issues were passed directly to me to resolve with tenant, and overall she always had the tenant in mind, not me the owner (the person paying her each month). DO NOT use them if you expect a property manager that will mediate, resolve issues, or provide any kind of customer service whatsoever to you as a property owner. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Unprofessional and ridiculous. I was interested in a property to rent so a deposit was asked for in order to hold the property although I gave my deposit an application for the place all I got was lied to by both offices. continually lied to about things like my credit and background being run and checked saying that they had done it but hadn't then took my deposit first and then later on in the day started another application with someone else accepting their deposit and starting their application even though I had started mine days prior Then to turn around and make it seem like Id done something wrong. Clearly the owner of blooming Property Management doesn't really care that his employees lie to customers. I would steer clear from this company and look elsewhere
Just finishing up year lease. Staying on board. All issues have been addressed and quickly and appropriately.
Marlyn and Corby have been so wonderful to work. I couldn't ask for a better management team!!!!!!!!
