Horrible customer service for property management. They almost never answer emails, on the phone they sympathize with you and say that they will attend your concern but don't take action. I have been reporting big rats coming into my patio and they will say they will do something and they don't, they impose fines into your account because they can without evidence and got fined because I sealed the nesting area because they won't do anything
I was very disappointed with this company maybe they are good for some others but I will not be back
Worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Manager of the property I was trying to apply to was never there, never answered phone, never returned calls. I tried for 6 weeks to get an application.Corporate office is worse. I have left messages for the last three weeks and can not get anyone to return my call. Terrible customer service. Stay far away from this company.
Where do I even begin. Lack of communication within their team. I paid each month early for 3 leases. They do not value on time payments or how many leases you have signed with them. Not willing to work with you at all. I was accused of stealing and lying the moment I disagreed with their opinion. They were not willing to do the proper research to find out the information I needed. Total lack of any customer service or ability to make a respond in a timely manner. They took weeks to even reply to my voice messages or emails. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money here.
Do not work this person in any capacity. His word can not be trusted. He does not pay bills for work performed by contractors who have given him a deal because of his mistake, and he then slanders them on the internet. Just a bad businessman - AVOID!
I think that they are very polite and respectful people. They answer my questions any time. Highly recommend!!!
This is THE WORST property management company I have ever rented from. I have rented in the Salt Lake City area for 5 years and never dealt with a landlord/management company this bad. They are terrible!Upon move in the property was very un-kept, diswasher didn't work, drains were clogged, sprinkler heads were missing and sprinkler system didn't work, etc. I notified Blakemore Property Management about these situations and it took weeks/months for some of the problems to be resolved while some were never resolved. I had to fix the sprinklers myself in order to keep the grass from dying. And the plumber they informed me would be coming out to fix the dishwasher and drains never came out, even after I made multiple maintenance calls. I had to deal with bad drains and NO dishwasher during my entire year lease! And these were problems with the property before I even moved in, they should not have been my problem!During my entire year lease I always paid rent a week early and was an easy tenant. But any time I tried to call with questions or help they treated me very poorly. Many times I was told they would call back and I never heard from them. I am so unimpressed by this company and frustrated beyond belief. Do not rent from them. You will be treated like scum the second you sign your lease.
I used them to manage a property of mine for two years. It was a terrible experience all around. Marlyn provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No quarterly walkthroughs as contracted, all issues were passed directly to me to resolve with tenant, and overall she always had the tenant in mind, not me the owner (the person paying her each month). DO NOT use them if you expect a property manager that will mediate, resolve issues, or provide any kind of customer service whatsoever to you as a property owner. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.
