Lousy Company. My insurance carrier DMBA contracted with VRX to administer their pharmacy benefits. I have been trying to get a refill for a prescription for over 3 months. (I've used the medication for over 3 1/2 years.) Fort eh 1st 6 weeks - I couldn't even find out why I couldn't get my refills. I couldn't reach anyone by phone, emails, and online messages weren't returned. I would select a prescription for fulfillment. It would show it was processing, then the order just disappear. 6 weeks later - I finally find out I need a new pre-authorization. It's impossible to get the pre-auth processed. I've had two health care providers tell me they have never worked with a more difficult company. Three months later, I've now been informed my original request is declined, because they never cover this name brand. I would never had known, if my husband had not called them. If I want the generic, I must start the whole process over. The customer service response was, I don't know what to tell you. You may have to try a different drug, before we will even approve the generic. (for a drug I have used for 3 years, and still have the same health care insurance) Right now - their website is currently down, and customer service is unavailable. Monday, my health care providers and I - start the process over. Lousy Company - Lousy Service.
I started working for the Deseret Industries back in 1984 and this location was a starting point for me,then the transfer came in for me to work at the Sandy location in 1986.I had 5to accept.Then I was transfered from the West Jordan location back to the Murray location back when it was at 4485 South Main St.I was a cashier/sales clerk at the time I was working for them.I would really love it if I could go back to work for them!
