I had a wonderful experience buying my new vehicle at Team Auto Group. I live in Chapel Hill which is 90 miles away and ended up at Team Auto because the Internet Manager, Keith Brown, responded quickly to my request for information. I wasn't sure exactly which make or model I wanted and he spent a lot of time with my on the phone explaining the differences in models and packages. Even though it was a bit of a drive, I felt compelled to drive to Salisbury to work with Keith. When I arrived, he was super helpful, friendly and attentive. We must have test drove 5 or 6 cars. He really helped me figure out which vehicle was the right one for me and would suit my needs. Keith and the managers were very patient with me explaining the differences in payments and incentives for each vehicle I drove. They were also very fair on how much they gave me for my trade-in. Once I decided which vehicle worked for me, they actually found me the exact vehicle and got it from another dealership. I am very happy with my entire experience dealing with Team Auto Group and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. They were absolutely worth the trip from Chapel Hill.
My boss purchased a 2013 Denali Crew Diesel and was taking his neighbors to dinner in Mocksville. He elected to ignore all gauges and alerts telling him that he was low on fuel. He runs out of fuel on his way in to town. He called me to assist in bringing him some fuel to get him back on track. I added 5 gallons of Diesel fuel to his tank and everyone stood back and watched as I cranked, cranked and even cranked some more but the truck would just not start ? My first instinct was to push the OnStar button and the advisor was very helpful in telling me that it would be about 2 hours before help would arrive. I remembered I had an old phone number for Chad Kastens (Diesel Tech) For the Chevy Team. My phone call was a success as Chad took about 20 minutes out of his evening and with a flat head screw driver coached me in to removing the air from the fuel system and priming the system back. First try and the truck fired right up. Two huge lessons learned here.
A couple of months ago I took delivery of a new Cadillac CTS. This was the 6th new car I have bought from Team Automotive over the years. I keep coming back when I"m in the market for a car because they make buying a car an easy and pleasant experience. They work hard to get you every discount that is available as well as the best finance terms. Everybody you will come in contact with at the dealership is professional and knowledgeable and helpful. My sales consultant followed up a few days later to see if I had any questions about the car. He also gave me his office and cell phone number and told me to call him any time if I had any problems or questions. You can't beat that for service! Should you ever have to have any repairs made I've found their service department to be excellent. They fix the problem the first time. Buying a new car should be a happy experience and the folks at Team Automotive go out of their way to make sure that it is.
From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted and welcomed by everyone there. I did my own internet research, so I was able to walk in and discuss what I was looking for in a car, and even had a car in mind. Keith immediately got the keys and was enthusiastic about helping me understand the car, the dealership, and what came with it like a warranty, OnStar, and Sirius XM trials. He explained what other vehicles were available in a similar style to what I was looking for, and patiently addressed each question I had. Tyrone the finance guy was extremely patient and helpful when my finance company wasn't in their system, which meant he had to type everything in manually, and didn't mind the confusion of trying to get the right information. Overall, the Team experience was great. I received a great value thanks to their competitive pricing, and I would recommend Keith, Tyrone, and the rest of the team to anyone looking to buy a car.
Allan Meres and the other staff members were great to work with at Team Cheverolet. It actually was fun to deal with them. I wish I could remember each persons name that spoke to me or helped me. They ARE very friendly and gave no pressure to buy. They all made my experience of buying a new Chevy Silverado truck almost stress free. When there's money involved there is always a little stress. The price we settled on was ,I think< good for both pf us. They tried locating one first based on my wants and needs but eventually had to ordered it. Christen took me through each step with precision and no pressure but with good advice. The service department installed the dealer install options and were super nice. I would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle. A big shout out for Team Cheverolet! They "GOT'er DONE".
We came to South Carolina for a vacation and went to a few dealerships looking for Chevy Silverado. I basically bought the truck site unseen. I spoke to Lisa Provost by phone & told her I will purchase the truck on my way back home & please have all the paperwork ready for me to sign because we have a long drive back. My family & I get to the dealership & Lisa had everything ready. She was so sweet, it amazed me how she went through the whole truck & explained all the features & hooked-up Onstar & Bluetooth. I had been searching for a C5 Corvette for about 6 months, but couldn't find one that met my standards or price range. I was looking on USAA web site at there car buying service page, and found the one at Team Chevrolet I contacted Keith Brown the Internet Sale Manager and arranged a test drive. I met Keith Brown and he told me was going to let his most experienced sale consultant help me Nat Venning .I found Nat to be very professional, and personable . I believe he had my best interest at heart in the I was able to negotiate a great deal on beautiful 2003 50th anniversary Corvette. I was looking for a Cadillac ATS, but had very specific features that I wanted. I tried many dealerships, but could not find the right car for the right price. Finally, Keith Brown contacted me and within one day he found me the car I wanted and arranged to drive in up from GA for me. He also found me additional corporate discounts and worked with me on my trade-in. I drove 2 hours to pick up the car and my experience was the best! Within 1 hour I had driven my car, signed all the paperwork, did my title transfer/etc, and I was done! Everyone was extremely friendly and efficient. I will always recommend this dealership in the future! :)
I want to say that having worked in Toyota Sales in New Jersey during college that in my understanding of Car Sales and what folks hate about it is a pleasant surprise at Cloninger Ford and its' sister locations. Team is good to me and my family. This is second time I purchased two (2) vehicles in one day. Nat Venning is the best salesman they have. Jamie, the new car sales manager, was upfront with us, as I was up front with he and Nat. Even their two finance young men were good to be with, knowledgable, friendly, and polite. We could not ask for a finer group of people to work with and could not find a better deal than I got on June 26th. It was a great experience. It pays to be nice and considerate. When you are, the return is great!!!, as it was for me, my wife, and m,y daughter. Kudos to Nat Venning and Team Chevrolet.
