The dispatcher said the less-than five-mile trip from 12 Spruce Street, Delmar to 34902 Sussex Hwy Delmar would be $15. The driver demanded $30 and forced my wife to go to an ATM and collect the money. The dispatcher claimed there was no way the driver would have done something like that, the manager said it was too bad but that's what the charge was. They are not Chamber or Better Business Bureau members, so the only recourse if they rip you off is to take them to court. I suspect they know this, which is why they do it.

I used to call them only when my husband wasn't around, every time I was waiting for them about 15 mins, but after a couple of times they started to let me wait more than 30 mins, and when the driver shows up he apologizes and offers a discount or free ride, I refused coz I didn't care about the damn money I was so frustrated coz 1 of those times I had a meeting and I got there late thanx to them, last time I was waiting for them in the street it was extremely cold, and the lady on the phone told me they will be there in 20 mins, I was okay with that,I have waited about 25 mins and yet he wasn't there, I called her every 10 mins and she kept saying he will be there in 3 mins, he is also most there, yea he got there, but in 55 mins! And when I called here to cancel she even didn't bother her self to apologize! That was my last call with them, they have so bad service and they don't care if they lose their customers.

Scheduled a pickup the night before. When I showed up in the morning, apparently the taxi arrived 10 minutes before the time I asked it to arrive. I called in and the phone worker said that she would dispatch another taxi. I ended up waiting another 50 minutes for a taxi that would not show up, what the actual hell.

I have used this service several times before, and every time has been awful. I had one driver smoke in the car with me and a friend in the car. I had two others just unprofessional, and all three were late; at least over 30min. Unreliable and rude.

The night manager Diane is the most rude and ignorant dispatcher and manager. I will never use this company again. The cab driver was nice but I feel sorry for any company that has her as manager. The price is never the same. I doubt the owner even cares. Your business will never thrive with dead beats as managers. I only picked 1 stars because I had to select something.

I've used this taxi company quite a few times over a span of years, and I've noticed an incredible decline in service, and incline in pricing. They've been late and I've had to call repeatedly in recent months, and the phone operator has been brusque, to say the least. Today, she hung up on me twice and refused to give me her name and put me through to her manager, which she referenced earlier in a price and later claimed to be. I'll NEVER use these services again, but not before I track down this particular woman and make certain I complain to hee employer, regardless of the outcome.
