Just rently rented a property from Delmarva Management Group and have had a very positive experience. Moving is so stressful and expensive and they have helped in every way possible! And the lady that answers the phones, I think her name is Rochelle, is very nice and helpful!
I booked a Full Size vehicle 1 week in advance and when I showed up they did not have this size. Instead of offering me an upgrade or give me an option, I was told that I would be getting a economy vehicle. The car was filthy and was below 1/4 tank of gas. The oil light was on and the tire pressure was low. Overall the experience was not what I expected and I will not be using Enterprise again.
They will tell you anything to seel you a car. And when you bought the car you are going to regret it. They will sell you a lemon. beautiful body with a messed up engine or transmission. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP PLEASE!
I was very happy with the service on disappointment two previous customers paperwork was still in the glove compartment and no user manual for the car. I don't know if all new 2016 come with dash board manuell but i had a light come up i was not familiar while driving and it took me sometime to figure out what it was. it was an informational light but still i wanted to know what it was and i am old fashion a book is good to have. Over all service was outstanding form the agent.
SCAM ARTISTS. Do NOT rent any properties from them. We got rented a house duplex for 1 year. Lease started in June but told us we couldn't move in until August because they were redoing our kitchen. But they still made us pay June and July rent. Then I went in to move stuff In and found TONS of mold behind the kitchen counter. Then we each got 177 dollars taken off our security deposit for "paint and wear and tear for past 3 years" but we were only there for 1. So that means the house wasn't painted in 4 years and we got charged. Also charged us for carpet cleaners when the carpets weren't cleaned for us when we moved in. Ladies at the front desk could not be more rude when I questioned them about it. They refuse to give me copy of the lease and proof of paint and carpet before we moved in, because that should all have been done for us. Just hired a lawyer to take a look at this so they are going to get what they deserve.
Bad customer service. Paid for tags and title but only received title. Got tags 3 months later after paying out of pocket
Nice staff, but not enough maintenance personnel to keep up with problems.

The staff at Enterprise Salisbury Airport as always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Their cars are well equipped an the rental process is easy. I will continue to rent from Enterprise!
