The staff at Enterprise Salisbury Airport as always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Their cars are well equipped an the rental process is easy. I will continue to rent from Enterprise!

Needed to rent a car before the insurance company I was dealing with could give me one. I made sure to find out that I was going to be reimbursed. After having the rental for a week I was told I was going to be reimbursed all but 100 dollars of the amount I put down. Which is understandable for a security. Once the insurance company took over payment, I was lead to believe they were covering everything including the full coverage insurance that I had when I rented it. But I was never reimbursed any of it. Three weeks of having the car I finally took it back. Come to find out that I was only reimbursed $80, because I was charged for the full coverage daily. Went into the office to ask them what was going on and the GENERAL MANAGER (whom I was dealing and speaking to all along) told me "Oh well, You were the one who signed the contract." I asked for the area manager's number to let him know of the poor customer service, called and left a message and I never received a call back from him. This was by far the worst Enterprise I have ever dealt with. I am never going to give any Enterprise my business again.
