Tristan was very courteous and helpful in starting my Jeep’s dead battery. He also took the time to explain to me how to use the jumper cables. I was very happy with the service provided.

Highly recommend! My brother is at school in Salisbury and was having trouble with his truck. Tristan does some really amazing work; he wad timely AND efficient. He absolutely went above and beyond for us and I really appreciate it. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks!
They are always courteous, friendly, professional. We have always brought our cars to Grants for service for 30+ years.
Tristan was able to fix my flat tire in less than 5 minutes... very professional and understanding. Thankful for his help on a Friday afternoon
Tristan arrived to my location soon after I called; he was professional and helpful as he answered my questions and unlocked my car so I could retrieve my keys. Very polite man. Could not ask for a better experience.
Tristan arrived to my location to find my jack stand had fallen out from under my SUV. Tristan was professional and educated me on the proper way to change a tire on a gravel surface. He treated me with respect and was pleasant. Thank you Tristan for your outstanding customer service.
Very unprofessional, horrible place.I took my truck to grant`s for a Maryland vehicle safety inspection, when I picked the vehicle up there was a large chip in the windshield that WAS NOT there when I dropped the truck off the previous day. also the spring on the top driver door hinge was dislodged and hanging off, when I tried to close the door the spring fell off on the ground. The door WAS NOT broken when i dropped the truck off the previous day.I very concerned about what else they might have broken while they were monkeying around under the hood and under the truck.Basically they charged me $60 to break my windshield and my door hinge.as for the inspection itself they claimed that a brand new lower ball joint with less than 100 miles on it has the same amount of wear on it as the original upper ball joint with 150,000 miles on it.They claimed that brand new brake rotors with less than 100 miles on them already have measurable wear on them. They claimed that my vehicle, which is so quite you can`t hear it running when you are standing next to it, needs a new exhaust system. These guys are complete amateurs they are either completely incompetent or they are deliberately trying to rip people off. This was the first time I have been to grants and I won`t be going back!
If I could give this business no stars, I would. Richard Parsons is a very shady and unprofessional man, as is his business. He came to tow my vehicle and while he had my husband in the truck and was towing my vehicle, he stopped to go grocery shopping! Also his assistant asked my husband for napkins so she could wipe herself after she peed beside my car on the side of Rt. 13. Then to top it off, we waited over a month to get the money from him that he owed us for taking the vehicle for scrap. He would break appointments, lie, flat out ignore our calls. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company!
Fee was outrageous, man was very rude all he wanted was me to sign my car over 525 for a tow 7 mins away from there storage place.. Never had a worse experience, thought the car accident was the worse but this company takes people having a accident and screws you over even state police says they get many complaints about AAA towing
This company is the absolute worst! Watch out tourists, they will rob you blind because the employees are crooks. We broke down, the traffic blocked us from pulling off to shoulder so we pulled safely in median away from the road. Asked state police for a jump start, said no. Called AAA (the auto ins.) and they were on the way. Meanwhile a trooper pulls up to say this vehicle must be moved and called AAA towing. They refused to wait for the real AAA company and the tow driver Ken said if we don't have $250 cash immediately he was going to take the car, to top it off it was a friday and he said the office is closed sat & sun in which we will be charged $50 each day. Could not get vehicle until monday, Ken said it was $350 monday & could pay via credit card. Come monday the rudest woman ever answered the phone saying the bill is $500 and must have cash. She hung up on me several times, was very aggressive and after bargaining for 3 hours she agreed on the quoted price of $350. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever came in contact with. If this is the way tourists who need a quick jump start are treated in this area, shame on them.
