I booked a Full Size vehicle 1 week in advance and when I showed up they did not have this size. Instead of offering me an upgrade or give me an option, I was told that I would be getting a economy vehicle. The car was filthy and was below 1/4 tank of gas. The oil light was on and the tire pressure was low. Overall the experience was not what I expected and I will not be using Enterprise again.

I was very happy with the service on disappointment two previous customers paperwork was still in the glove compartment and no user manual for the car. I don't know if all new 2016 come with dash board manuell but i had a light come up i was not familiar while driving and it took me sometime to figure out what it was. it was an informational light but still i wanted to know what it was and i am old fashion a book is good to have. Over all service was outstanding form the agent.

The company was very easy to get in contact with and very friendly. They even called me when the system overbooked a truck (willing to give me a bigger truck at the same price as the smaller if the first reservation confirmed).The interior of the truck was clean though the windshield could have used a good wiped down. The truck ran perfectly though I wish they could have gave us a bit of warning about how big the gas tank was (an 1/8th of a tank of gas = $16 at the pump).When I called the next morning to let them know I would possibly be late due to a mistake with my storage complex (the company put a lock on it after I requested it not to be locked), he completely understood and said he would work with me since the truck wasn't booked for anything that day.He was a little slow with doing the paperwork but he is an older guy after all. Also, a brief warning about the office, they do have a resident cat there so if you have allergies you will want to have your medication handy.All in all, I plan to book with these guys again when our big move comes up in September!
