Liar Liar Pants on FIRE. I have a brand new kitchen aid dishwasher. Shore Appliance was dispatched to repair. After demanding proof of payment, and claiming they have a hard time getting paid for warranty work, we provided the original sales receipt. Even though Kitchen Aid sends them a work order showing our unit is under warranty. Then they claimed they couldn't find the replacement part needed. So we called kitchen Aid got the part number, and Ryan, the owners son claimed that wasn't a number they could pull up in their system.https://www.kitchenaidparts.com/PartDetail/Kitchenaid-Dishwasher-Upper-Wash-Arm-Support/W10803540/4454527?modelNumber=KDTM804ESS0&ss=a9b121d2149283&mr=1It took me about 3 minutes to find the part, it was really easy. Why can't they do that and they're in the appliance business. Turns out they never contacted kitchen aid to find the part, they just didn't want to do the service work. I wouldn't buy a coffee marker from this company, you won't have any support after purchase. The staff is dismissive and rude. Shop elsewhere.
Amazing place. Very nice people. Got some art work. The owner Dave was very educational. Will see what's new weekly.
In August, 2016 I purchased from Shore Appliance Connection an LG washer/dryer combination unit that cost me a total of $l,593.35. The first unit they brought to my home was damaged so I told the delivery man to not take it off the truck. The second unit was installed in my home, model #WM3488HW, serial #607WNM72687. On the front of the unit it reads "True Balance, Anti-Vibration System. The unit seriously vibrates and rattles very loudly during the wash cycles. I am not asking for a refund. I want Shore Appliance to stand behind the products they sell and replace the unit.
