We were having difficulty finding the color we wanted at the price we wanted at the local dealerships around us. After expanding our search to include Salinas (which is ~60 miles south for us) we found the Barcelona red Prius with the features we wanted and at the price Edmunds said was good value. We got a prompt phone call from Jim, their internet manager, who confirmed the price and availability. We discussed possible options to include and the price. After thinking about it overnight we made our decision and asked for the car to be set aside for pick up the next day. On Friday on arrival at the dealership we were met by Jim who took us over to a clean prepped Prius and introduces us to all the new features in the 2011 (this is our second Prius). We then proceeded inside to handle the paper work which took about 30 minutes. We did not experience any pressure, were treated professionally and courteously. Dan, the finance manager, explained the fine print on all those forms freeing us from having to read it all. After signing the paper work Jim took us on a drive to ensure we were completely satisfied and also introduced us to the power drive feature which certainly helps goose acceleration and is a welcome addition to this Prius. Less than an hour and half after we arrived we drove away on a full tank of gas, completely satisfied with our new car and new car buying experience.
Marlo provided me with excellent service. He was very informative and understanding. Not once did he pressure me to make a purchase. He listened to me and made me feel comfortable. He was able to make that connection and relate to me which is rare since I am so use to sellers pressuring me to just buy and get out as if I am just another person in line. This was my very first time buying a car and I am grateful that Marlo made this experience a memorable one!

Delilah was great, she helped me take care of everything online and over the phone so that we did not have to spend hours at the dealership. She did not dismiss us even though we were not in her face. She emailed me promptly and answered immidiately and she did NOT show us things that we could not work with. She made the process easy and im greatful for her. I will use her again when we purchase another car. Wonderful and knowledgeable. Thumbs up
Very aquiescent and helping. ..we came to an agrement that ac compressor to be reparied. At no cost. The owner said he would privoide a key fob and charge 40 for activation. Weeks went by. Cause he kept saying we dont have. The part..i went and. Had it replaced. On a day off his body language. Was rude and. Seemed upset. I was there for the repair..he never gave us the fob cause it was. Too expensive....NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD.
my experance was great santiago and armando were great to me from the start at no time did i ever feel i was being presured to buy a car . they were both very profetinal and becuse of them i feel great about my new car thanks to them i will defently recomend my friends to come herer and famly too thanks for taking great care of my yiurs truly jose zamudio
Met Jason late in the day on Saturday. Told him what I was interested in. Met him again the next morning when dealership opened. Jason and I took a test drive and the vehicle was just what I wanted. Due to bad credit, he did help me get into the truck on reasonable terms. Am very happy to deal with Jason and will refer him to anyone in the future.
Chef Rick was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot. He showed me many different functions and accessories for the car. He kept me laughing and also provided me with an amazing BBQ Sauce recipe. I want to thank all the staff for being so friendly and helping me get the car of my dreams.
Jorge and Armando were super exceptional at providing detailed information regarding both the car of my choice, as well as the financing. They help me get exactly both the financing and car choice. What a great sale team they are! And besides that, they appear to genuinely care about the customer.
Jorge was not pushy. He was patient with us and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking for. He even had another sales person assist one of his customers that he had made an appointment with earlier in the day to assist us (all without making us feel as if we imposed). Thank you, Jorge.
