Some people have a decent experience here, but I would definitely try to avoid it. They are usually well price to slightly-overpriced, mainly on the luxury vehicles they rarely get; but the real issue is reliability. I went to test drive a vehicle and it wouldn't even start! They just said it never happens, but sounds like some nonsense. The customer service is great, although they don't speak English well. They offer financing through Bank VI & First Bank of Kansas. The financing really isn't bad, even with poor credit. They are pressure-free and friendly, which is probably the only respectable assets of the business. Come here if you have horrendous credit, want a decent car, but also want to roll the dice in reliability.

I went by there today October 13, 2014 and after i was there for awhile i spoke with a sales representative and told him my situation and i then went in the office of Tim Sankey. We chatted about my car situation and he talked awhile and he said why did you come here for and I said to see if he could help me with my car situation he then proceeded to tell me i cant help you. He then said can you get help from welfare and several other agencies, and then he said does your mom have money , what business of his to know that he said can your family help you and he asked several questions he then proceeded to tell me that my car wasnt worth fixing. I wanted to tell him that it was the only transportation that I have he said how was my credit i answered not good i was almost into tears sitting there listening to him downgrade me i felt lower than low how could a person treat a potential customer like that. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there and buy a car i needed to be treated with respect and dignity Mr. Sankey i want you to know this i cried all the way home because of the way you treated me you said have a nice day after all you said to me in the last 15 minutes of our conversation how could I. My car will be fixed and i will fix the other things and how come it costs 2,500 to put a valve to keep the transmission fluid from leaking and all i have to do is to get a locksmith to rekey the broken lock I was very disappointed in your professionalism. signed anonymous the rating i give you is 0i wished i had never gone into the Sankey Auto Center that was the worst experience i have ever had in my entire life very dissatisfied
I spent all my saving to buy a new car had 30k for something reliable I wouldn't have to worry about breaking down. I gave them around 32k and my vehicle still has problems. I even got scammed by one of their salesmans he pocketed my money and charged me more money then what we agreed on trying to fix my car. He had even came to my house telling me before I show up to pick up my car not to open my mouth to the boss about the money I had already gave him. Then when I got to dealership I was trying to get my infant outta car n he was n my door n wouldn't let me out of car. I tried telling the owner n all he could say is whatever deal I had with the guy who sold me my car was on us the shop was a different department!!! And I thought it was all together one company. Wish someone would have warned me that they were snakes. Please reconsider another dealership if you need a good vehicle and not a lemon.
