Overall
Must be new management...

... because my experience was nothing like the other reviewers'. I was seen promptly. They took me in for XRays even before I was done with my paperwork because they knew it would take a while for the films to develop. The dentist was very careful with pain management. As a result, even the novocaine injections were almost painless. I went in for a root canal expecting a miserable experience and was pleasantly surprised.

Overall
stay away

I had pain and they conviced me it's the crown that wasn't put on properly and since it was done in Texas and I wasn't going to go there and redo it, I let them redo the crown, $600 later and unnecesary pain and nothing changed, it wasn't the crown, I believe they wanted to bill me and the insurance company for a totally unnecesary procedure. I would recommend everyone stay away from this place!

Overall
long wait + rudeness

Besides not keeping there books straight and having you pay SOMETHING every time you go, I too had to wait various long times. to be waited upon. Last time I was refused service because I hadn't realizes that my shoes had a bit of mud on them and got some smears on the protective cover of the chair and a bit on the floor nest to the chair (which I cleaned up myself). On top of that I had to go back because to finish having the permanent caps put on in which the original Dentist refused to work on me! Nooooo bad place to go, especially if you have insurance because they spread out the process even longer so that they can get more money (they get paid for each visit).

Not Recommended

My two children went to this dentist office where they had my 8 year old son wait one hour in the waiting room and then another hour in the exam room before they even started on him. I am so angry that they would call me the day before to confirm my appointment and then make us wait 2 hours before my son is even worked on. Don't these people know you cant keep children waiting that long. I am switching dentist, it is ridiculous to make someone wait that long.
