I've been to 5 dealerships in the last two days not counting Auto Outlet. Each of the others were either pushy and just wanted to get us into a car they didn't care if we wanted or they just didn't come across as honest or genuine. When we came to the Auto Outlet they were great! They said it's not worth buying something you dont like driving. It's a breath of fresh air.

Bought a 1999 GMC Suburban 2500 from good ole Terry on Thursday August 25 2016, paid $6200 cash (very hard earned cash mind you) Noticed a leak and burning oil smell so took it into AJ's Automotive to have it checked out , we found out that it will cost us almost $5000.00 to have its problems fixed! When they were busy selling us the truck, all they could say about it was that it was in great shape and how my fiance (a disabled Desert Storm Vet), could depend on them and the truck he was looking at. If I could leave a less then 1 start review I would! I will spread the word though, and make sure that my friends do the same! Be careful folks, don't let them get you like they did us! We are now stuck with a truck that we will have to fix because we can't afford to go out and spend cash for another one!
Paid all cash for a car including license fees. Dealer did not posses proper paperwork to get plates for the car. After 3 months with no updates ( simply blamed DMV without checking when we finally checked......) so we had to come back in and get a SIX MONTH temp slip for rear window... Be aware !!!!
Rented a car as an insurance replacement from State Farm and was charged an extra daily charge for a bigger car even though they had no other cars and was told I WOULD NOT be charged. I only found out looking at my Credit Card bill. I was told I would get a voucher - never received. The store said they charged me and the knuckleheads online say they didn't. Dishonest - avoid.
We bought a used 2003 Subaru Outback from this place, at the end of July this year, and it started having major problems only a week after we brought it home! The 3 month / 3000 mile warranty is crap and doesnt cover anything so dont think you are getting something there. I contacted the dealership letting them know the problems but they never responded to me. I guess they figure they made their sale, so its not their problem anymore. I REGRET buying this car and am now stuck with it. I should have had a mechanic check the vehicle out first but instead I trusted this business, my mistake. If you have to buy a car there, get a mechanic to check it out first! This is an edit to add to the problems, the head gasket has been diagnosed as bad!! They told us the head gasket had been replaced recently prior to purchase- THEY LIED!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU HAVE THE CAR CHECKED FIRST! We got really screwed over by these people and they wont answer me!
Purchased a car from Auto Circle last week. Had the best experience EVER. The customer service was awesome. A couple of days after my purchase I noticed I didn't have a spare tire. I called my salesman and he said he would contact me back with hopefully good news. The owner Tony called me and gave me a brand new spare at no charge. I couldn't believe an owner would do a customer service call and give me a brand new tire at no cost. That to says a lot for a car lot. Nothing like those sleazy lots I am use too. I will send all my friends and buy my next car from Auto Circle. Thank you to the staff and owner for the A+ experience.
I BOUGHT A USED CAR HERE AND THE TIRE WAS FLAT AND THE BATTERY WAS DEAD. IT WAS A NICE LITTLE CAR AND I WANTED IT BUT THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE THE BATTERY AND TIRE AT THE SALE SAYING IT IS FINE. THAT THE LIGHTS GOT LEFT ON. AFTER WE GOT IT HOME THE BATTERY WAS DEAD AND THE TIRE WAS FLAT A COUPLE DAYS LATER. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY A USED CAR DONT GO HERE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND RUDE.
