Brandi. Smith did an awesome job on my hair. She listened to what I wanted and gave it to me. I am so happy with my haircut. I will be going back to her from now on. She treats ya like family. I came in kinda having an idea but not really sure and she did the rest. Thanks Brandi you rock!!!

This is the worse care home. the owner has issues and its all about money. He has no compassion for the residents. They hire unexperienced caregivers who has no ideal what to do or how to cook. or clean. Managers don't no how to manage the home or how to give proper care to residents. I seen manager /caregiver leave residents laying in there urine and feces one resident got bed sores because the caregiver didn't give proper care. residents always complained about the type of foods served daily. always sandwich and chips for lunch. dinner time was premade process frozen or box meals high in salt. if the resident complained they were told if they don't like it they can buy there own food.
Really bad customer service.Tried to return a defective pair of shoes. The cost alone of the shipping was $10.Talked to the manager Rick at Seibel North America. He promised to look into it.Never heard from him again.Product broke in half and was of poor quality.
The work we received was so poor, the heat pump technician that came to certify and start up my heat pump thought I did the work myself! This company charges hourly, and the feeling I got by the service I was provided was that they drag out their time. The job in total took 7 and a half hours. From 7:30am to 3:00pm, just to run a line through the attic to a disconnect box and to the heat pump. They took over an hour and a half to decide how to run the line, which we paid for due to their hourly rates. Then they took another hour and a half to get a second person to run conduit up the side of the house into the attic. They also refuse to acknowledge the fact that the apprentice was there for an hour and a half, and I got billed for 2.5 hours! Shady.In conclusion, I can't in good consciousness refer this company to anyone. After I got my invoice, I did a lot of research and asked numerous electricians (I should've done this before, but I am smarter now than I was then) and this job wasn't an 8 hour job, it was a 2 hour, MAYBE 3 hour job. Don't waste your time on this shady company.
They were the absolute worst. No communication. Suggesting outside contractors that were not in the sellers interest. Would not recommend them in any way shape or form. Be sure to ask questions. They aren't going to give any answers for a first time seller. Research everything. Good luck.

My wife and I were going to this place for quite awhile and it was OK. We had made an appointment for the both of us with nail tech Helen. She usually does us both at the same sitting but tonight we went in and she started my wife's pedicure and refused to do mine! She refused to do mine twice! I was just sitting there with my feet ready, no water going or anything. I guess making an appointment here does not mean much as the nail techs can choose if they want to do it or not! I was really embarrassed and finally left while my wife sat there very uncomfortable with the situation! I will never go back to this place again! Terrible customer service to say the least!! Don't waste your time with this place!!!
Would not recommend this place to any one. Most unfriendly welcome when I first stepped in the door, girl acted like I was intruding. Most unprofessional hair stylist. Lisa was her name, bad language, complained about her so called boyfriend who happened to show up during mu appt. while she was doing my hair he came up behind her and gave a hugs and gross kissing session. Really? WILL NOT GO BACK. she didn't do my hair the way I wanted either
Don't EVER go there if you want to have a decent haircut!!! I usually never do reviews but this one has to be told....I went into the salon for a 4pm appointment. When you pull up, they looked closed and the inside was barely ok. I felt very rushed into the chair. I had this person asking me what I wanted and pretty much told me what I needed. Then looks at the stylist and told her what kind of angle needs to done. I started to feel really uneasy. The stylist was very unprofessional. She didn't even ask me my wants with my hair, problems, etc...she just started cutting. My hair was still dry, she just jumped right in. Mind you that I have had my hair done many of times and have never had this experience. She was picking up my hair piece by piece and didn't do any angles....my right side looked nothing like my left side. Totally choppy, way too short, VERY uneven. She undid my cape before I could even look at it. She rushed me out the door so fast that it was a blurr.....I went back to the hotel and literally balled my eyes out. My daughter that was getting married asked her stylist to fix it. So I had to drive from Salem to Corvallis on Mothers Day and have her fix it.... I was so stressed out since I was getting pictures taken for my daughters wedding that day...I am not sure of her name but she is most likely the owners daughter. She is in the corner of the salon and should NEVER be a stylist. She doesn't care about her reputation as a stylist and hopefully they will fire her. Since she is the daughter she most likely wont be fired.....Plus there were two girls that didn't say anything but just stared at us while she did my hair but sure didn't speak up when they could tell she was doing a horrible job...The mistake I made was waiting until the day before to have my hair done and in another state. I am from Washington State. Please do not go there for hair services. Plus they do not have a valid website....the one listed it to a salon in TX (on all search engines) They do not have an answering machine either...I tried to leave a message that day and I couldn't...I had to leave that next day back to WA and they were closed...I am sure that I am not the only one that has had a horrible hair cut from that so called business.....Listen to your gut ladies...I now have the shortest hair cut ever...I can't even style it....=( NO star ratings for negative stars.....)
most family oriented Salon in the valley. I get y Color ,hair cuts and waxing don there. every6 weeks and haven't ever waited as long as mentioned, Many of the stylist will call and let us know if they are running behind
