I would advise as not to go to this place for eye care! the staff are a bit rude when you askQuestions! Also the staff people do all the test and exams you see your eye doctor for about five minutes and that is it! Then you go to wait again to get your lenses and or framesIn my case all I needed was replacement lenses and was shocked at there prices just for the lenses!!! My wife went here but she complained about the price for here glasses!So I went in with a plan well I though I did here they got really rude when I asked for a breakdown for the cost of my replacement lenses then they have you sign a form saying this breakdown is ONLY AN ESTIMATE OF COST!!! and what you get is the price of your lenses then tint and progressive lens ETC. So my cost just for my lenses after the insurance pays there part my cost is $220 to be paid right then ok I say! one week later I get my new lenses then a week and a half later I get a bill from this place saying I owe them $100 morelooking at this breakdown of cost you are double billed for everything bifocals are billed a trifocal progressive lenses are billed as progressive lenses then you are also billed for progressive upgrade and so on!!When you call billing they will not answer then you call the main office and ask for billingand you ask your question why after you paid there first price and now they want more moneywhat they say is Remember the two statement you sign twice and on both it says this in only and Estimate of cost! well when I ask for my price of my lenses and they told my they had been in business since 1949 and signing that statement with the estimate was only a precaution and I was just getting lenses I should not have no problems as for other cost well my wife said that is what they did to her told her one price to get you to buy then hit you for more money later!took this to my insurance provider to see what they would say about this billing practice all they would say was they knew of this billing practice and were in the process of looking into this place!!I would not give this place NO STARS

Read the 2011 review below. Sad that four years later nothing's changed. Don't waste your money here since they waste your time. If you have an appointment, expect to wait 1-2 hours to even be seen by the nurse, then another 20-30 minutes before you see the doctor. Two of the times I went there, they even screwed up the reason i was there, despite the CLEAR referral, and after all that waiting, was told they had scheduled me with the wrong doctor. They are incredibly incompetent. There is NO apology for their bad business practices. And if you call them on it, they give you attitude, as if there's something wrong with you for complaining.If EVERYONE complains and writes bad reviews, and goes elsewhere, maybe they'll re-think their business model. As it stands now, they have no concept of time management, and have no respect for the value of YOUR time.
