Withnell Motor Co

I just wanted to say that the service manager contacted me on a Sunday after reading a comment i left on there website.They are going above and beyond to make sure i'm a satisfied customer and i feel really good about that!Withnell and Hyundai(auto body shop)both have really good service managers.

Leaving i noticed something wrong with my door....i lightly rubbed it and the paint flaked off leaving 2 good size chips plus a ding.Went back in to report it and i felt like they knew right away offering to fix it.They are going to fix it but i still run the risk of it not looking perfect as it did originally.On top of that they tracked grease on my carpet which i noticed at the auto body shop a bit later while grabbing touch up paint till they can get to it.They did clean that off for me right away.The guys at Withnell need to do a better job of taking care of your vehicle....I have had my truck for 7 years and have done a better job!!

Very unhappy with the different stories I got each of the three times I called with the same issue. After making an appointment to have a very costly service I called another dealer who can complete the task $140 cheaper..I knew there was a reason I felt uncomfortable and now it makes sense. NOT PLEASED and will NOT be a customer anytime soon.

My A/C was spewing warm air at idle and city speeds. I pulled into Withnell at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. I thought my A/C needed to recharged. A half hour after pulling my Dodge Ram into their garage, the Service Dept said my Condenser Fan wasn't working, they had one in stock, and the mechanic was willing to stay late to replace the fan and recharge my A/C. I asked how much it was going to cost me, they said every bit of the cost was covered under my warranty. Great service, friendly people, and customer oriented.
