I too purchased a top of the line machine from my local dealer and from day one had nothing but problems. Don't know if it was the same dealer or not but I too went to them several times for help only to be belittled and made to feel as if the problems with the machine were my fault while they were unwilling to help me get the problems straightened out or give me the lessons that were promised upon purchase. Finally after months of frustration I called Whitlock's who just from my brief description of the issues on the phone, knew what was causing the problem, ordered the parts and scheduled a time for me to come in that would minimize my downtime. It took them only a couple of hours to resolve the issues.
After my previous experience, it was so nice to be treated with courtesy, professionalism and respect. It is clear they are knowledgeable about the machines they sell and service. They went above and beyond to honor the Viking warranty. They do set the bar for outstanding customer service. It is with pleasure I highly recommended them as the go to Viking dealership in the Willamette Valley.
