Don't do business with them! My carport was to be 8ft and it ended up 10ft and even though I was there the entire time and called to complain to Jennifer they would not deviate from the contract which did say 10ft however it also said cut to level and finished product was to be 8ft and I paid an additional 200.00 for it to be cut. They had to start with longer legs as the ground wasn't level. But Jennifer was well aware of the finished height and ignored my request while the workers were still there and would have taken an additional 10 minutes. For 200.00 I was charged that should have been done. Dont you think? Rip offs!

Provided by SuperpagesAfter a complete lack of communication I canceled my order with them. I placed a deposit for the building and then heard absolutely nothing from them for weeks. After one email which was not answered I phoned them 6 times trying to get an answer. On the 6th call I clearly stated that if I did not get an answer I would cancel the orde by the next day. After being told I would get an estimated delivery they did not call me back. I then called for the 7 th time and cancelled the project. At the time of cancellation the Manager offered a free end gable and I declined because it could not trust they would perform.

Provided by SuperpagesI purchased a metal building from a dealer called CTI in Yamhill. West Coast Buildings is apparently the manufacturer. The building leaks at the seam. West Coast sent someone out to fix the leak. It still leaks. Now I'm having trouble getting an answer as to when they can come back out and try to fix it again. If I had it to do over again, I would not deal with these people.
