        For over 25 years, Polyform Inc. has built it's business on building custom plastic components at the highest quality, and the lowest possible price to our customers. Our 40,000 square foot facility and state of the art equipment allows us to be innovative in the design and fabrication of all of our products. Polyform has a reputation for solving customer's problems. We have in-house tooling and utilize a wide variety of fabrication tools and methods, including: • CAD • Wire EDM • Coating and jacketing • Secondary operations (drilling, cutting, bending) • Inline punching, printing, pressure sensitive tape We also use a complete, wide range of materials from ABS to several types of PVC to Polyethylene.
