At first you will think that this property management team are great. But then you will find out that they are only about the money. They have been known to take a long time to get around to fixing things. To use the cheapest materials possible. To replace appliances with the oldest refurbished, read cheapest, ones they kind find. If they have to get new ones they will be the smaller, cheaper ones. They hate to give deposits back. They will claim that you left the place in such a mess that their experienced cleanup guy was disgusted. Even if you leave it spotless. They have taken ex-tenents to court with outrageous claims for the cost of the cleanup. If you rent from them, be sure to take pictures. Before you move in, if possible, and when you leave. They will have pictures, and those pictures will be horrible. Stay away if possible.
