I had a wonderful experience at O'Brien Auto Group in Salem. I was looking for a used car, something with low miles that I could commute back and forth with from Salem to Portland.
I was excited to find a pretty nice 2009 Honda civic with only 28,000 miles. I came in to test drive the vehicle and they really rolled out the red carpet for me. I really forgot what great customer service was like.
I really want to commend Honda of salem, and the O'Brien auto group for their excellent customer service and how they really pulled out all the stops for me.
I just bought a used car thats under a limited warranty from the O'brien Auto dealership in Salem, Oregon. The car is Faily Nice, it does have few issues which i kindly addressed to the salesman. one of the issues in the car was fixed and the other main problem was ignored and Unprofessionaly handeled. there is one thing i still have a hard time believing, i had requested to talk the manager and after i met him. HE WAS THE WORST MANAGER EVER,EVER,EVER. he has no customer service whatsoever, he was blunt, rude and defensive. i was expecting him to listen to my concerns and my deep frustration but all he was doing is putting me down and reminding me the dealership didnt make any money on this deal thats why he cant spend anymore money fixing the car that was under warranty anyway. he actually hung up on me on the phone. I guess he was the sales manager, his name is " Mike". Seriously, i have no idea how he was qualified for such a position. the rest of the staff was all right. but because of this so called " sales manager, Mike", i totally regret going with O'brien auto group and i would not recommend it to anybody unless they improve their customer service especially towards frustrated and angry customers. After all, I am a customer and i deserve some respect and an ear to listen to my concerns
