My wife and I have both had accounts at Chase since they took over for WAMU including at times Mortgage, Line of Credit, Checking with direct deposits each month, savings and credit cards. Recently I attempted to deposit a check from a local utility along with $40 in coin wraps. The teller demanded I show her my driver license. Thinking this was some sort of joke I made light of it but she repeated her demand. I asked why does a decades old customer need to show ID to deposit into their account? She said I might be trying to 'launder' money. We're talking $40 dollars in change here! Another teller jumped in and said that even though that was a small amount, most laundering is done with funds under $10,000. Imagine a senior citizen trying to set up a laundering account with one deposit a year of coins from a mason jar. The stupidity of this is indicative of the type of individuals entering the economy. I noticed that the entire staff at this Chase branch seems to turn over about once a year. They apparently go other places. Just like our accounts are going to do.

Worst customer service ever! Be prepared to be asked the same question too many times and provide the same documents over and over. When you call them on their services they blame it back on you. Don't expect an apology if they mess up.
Absolutely horrible service while trying to refinance our home. This process started in March 2015 it's July 2015 and still haven't closed. Management we were referred to couldn't give us a closing date just the same ol same ol week after week. Mind you we recently closed a loan with this bank for our business so it should of been an easy quick process. Our appraisal was over double what we needed to refinance so there should not of been an issue.We are using IBEW credit union and will be closing in less than 2 weeks.What a huge waste of time and horrible service, do not use this bank if you can help it.
I like this bank, it's conveniently located inside Fred Meyers. I've been banking here for over 2 years. staff helped me with my small business setup. and guided me through all the hoops! the staff here are great! very friendly and helpful.layout is small and cramped, but they do a good job with the space provided.
They are the slowest bank I've ever been to. Very inconvenient. Will never go back. Don't deserve any stars
