I recently visited the Salem NH shop last Thursday around 5:15 PM - My first visit to this shop, I was a walk in.There where only 2 stylists in the shop, each was with a customer.Neither stylist acknowledged that I walked in. I was confused if I should give my name, but then I found the clip board and signed in, I sat there for about 20 minutes - neither stylist ever spoke to me at all, one was incredibly slow, and the other was carrying on and on with her customer, if she cut hair more and talked a little less she might have been done a lot sooner. Needless to say after wait for 1/2 hour I got up , crossed my name off the list and walked out. I will never step foot in your establishment again, and I will tell folks that I know not to got either....Very poor customer service, slow, and not welcoming at all!!!
