Overall

I will just say never again, AND DO NOT GO THERE.

He took my money, and I DID NOT receive minimal respect, and service that you should receive by doctor, if that's what you can call that Kreidel person.

I'm stuck with the denture that looks awful, and he refuses to do anything about that, and I am just too frustrated to go back.

When I went to first denture try out and I pointed out that one of the teeth was much bigger than the others Dr Kreidel told me "We can make you a denture but we can not grow you new teeth"..

The day I was suppose to take the denture home, this was two months after they take first impressions, the denture they delivered had a front tooth much shorter than other teeth "Oh just take it home to try it out and see if it marks your gums and bring it back next week will fix that tooth for you", he said...when I refused to pay, because I was not getting what I'm suppose to get, one of the staff told me, that I must make a payment because I'm taking a denture home.

Came back next week to drop of the denture for them to fix the front tooth and ponied at the same thing I was telling him on every denture try out, Dr Kreidel took the denture and slammed it in the garbage can, his face was red and he was obviously mad, he said we will start from the beginning and make a new denture, and just stormed out ...I could not believe what was happening... Needless to say I was in the office 10 days later expecting from them to start making a new denture, and what I end up with is the same denture he got out of the garbage can , they did fix that short tooth, but everything else is just terrible, teeth going up and down, one shorter that the other...I just was tired and frustrated, and went home with it because I did not know what else to do. Don't go to this dental center, they do not treat people with respect, and I am not the only one with the bad experience.

What a nightmare!

I required repair to my upper denture which had sustained a small crack. I contacted this dental office, inquired thoroughly about their policies & practices. I was given a quote for the repair. I was told that if I came in on a Tuesday & dropped the denture off, it would be shipped to Springfield that day & returned to the practice on Wednesday. I scheduled an appointment to comply with the schedule we had discussed.



This morning, I showed up for my appointment only to discover that I had been given the wrong time for my appointment. After a lengthy delay, I was ushered into a cubicle and informed that their staff had been mistaken when they told me that denture repairs were shipped on Tuesdays. Turns out denture repairs are shipped on Wednesdays. So, now the time span where I would be without my dentures (& completely unable to work) has grown (due to THEIR incompetence) from 28+ hours to 52+ hours!



Keep in mind, during this amazing display of staff incompetence, they kept insisting that I was lying to them! Apparently I had written down the appointment incorrectly and then made up the story about Tuesday shipments to the dental lab! But, hey, they will be happy to make it up to me! They would be willing to give me a discount! First, they jacked up the price I had been quoted by 25% and then discounted that inflated price just to make everything allright!



Then, to top this whole mess off with a bright red cherry, they decided that they did not care one little bit for my attitude! Imagine that! "The gaul of people! How dare this ungratefull patient be pissed just because we screwed up every aspect of her appointment! What does she expect?" I will give you a clue what I expect: competence - something in very short supply at Family Dental in St. Robert, Missouri!



Trust me! Do not ever use this dental practice unless it is the only appointment you can get & your scull is throbbing in pain from a needed root canal!
