Urban is refusing to fill our medications more than one time a month when this prescription is prescribed for only 28 days and several months contain 3231 days I am being forced into severe withdrawals at the end of every month do to store policy I have friends that have told me they pay cash and received their prescriptions every 28 days through Urban they tell me they only feel one time a month because of insurance I use
RIP OFF PHARMACY would be a more descriptive name. They would not accept my nationally recognized insurance Co and charger me over $1200 for rx's that would have cost $80 with my insurance.
love the pharmacy. Hate the rest of the store. Have never been able to find exactly what I am looking for since they moved to this larger store.
This store is awesome!!! Barbara (the owner) has everything. She has the most interesting store I have ever been in. Boat anchors, tools, antiques.handmade hats, up cycled furniture, and just to much to list. This is a must see store if you like out of the ordinary.
Have all people going to 3500 Central Ave Walgreens. Shut down for good!!!
This is one of the worst pharmacy locations in Florida. You always have to duck and dodge the homeless and panhandlers in front of the store. The head pharmacist acts like a gestapo agent when you try to have a special prescription filled. You are talked to in a condesending way. You would think that since this is one of the most dangerous stores in the area, they would try to keep customer service positive for anyone coming in. There are many other Walgreens stores to frequent if need be. Stay away from this one! BEWARE, and watch your purse or wallet when entering.
Hands down best pharmacy in St. Petersburg!
Wonderful business! They treat their customers like family, especially during the Holidays. One of their employees stopped by a home, dropped off a meal, and even sang "Rudolph, the red-nosed Reindeer". Their customer service is the pride of their company. Thanks for all you do RxStat.
