I had one of the worst experience ever at this location by using my fuel rewards card. The card was not showing my discount at the pump. I went into the store and was told by Melissa that their pumps didn't necessarily show that. I tried to explain that I used the card for awhile (at this location) and that had never happened. Melissa rudely and curtly assured me she also knew what she was talking about and that was not the case for this station. I asked if I did not receive the discount at the pump would they adjust with no reply. I went back out and fortunately it did display the discount this time. I took a picture returned inside to show her and she just continued the rudeness. I have never cursed anyone in public but used a word before i knew. When i told her I was going to report her to corporate, she replied I don't care this is a franchise. Is this what you call good customer service? Called the Risser Company who heads the Rally stations and was told the owner may "possibly" call....never happened. Well I guess this is the new wave of customer service.
Great food, clean, good staff.. I usually go out of my way to get gas and lunch from this Rally at Shell station.
John is a liar. He states the car wash works even after looking at my car with soap all over it. The store is gross and the prices are bad. Go somewhere else!
very rude, yell at customers using ebt and gets angry when asked for receipt, sitting down when customers enter store,no greeting
This place has had scimmers on their pumps multiple times and they don't bother with checking to insure that their customers are safe from fraud for months at a time.
Very sad today with Shell's service, the poorest I ever seen, and I've been living around the block for more than 10 years, what a shame, because the only reason I go there it's because my husband trusts the gasoline there. Ali and Cynthia were talking to themselves while us (customers) waited in line, and when my turn comes, this Ali, asks me: "What do you need?"pointing her fingers at me. Believe me when I say that I am sweet as a candy, but after I requested my gas I asked her: "What is your attitude", so she nodded, said a few more things I couldn't hear, I said a couple more, and that was it!! Enough with the "this is a gas station customer service treatment mentality". Instead of $20 on pump 12, I should have answered: I need you to do your job!!!!
I Love Bob Lee's! I have been going there for years and have always had wonderful service! They have NEVER tried to sell me anything extra or pad my bill! I trust them completely! I am sorry you had a bad experience... But that has never happened to me!! I highly recommend them! Pat Smith St. Petersburg, Fl
Honestly! What I would is the store it self is kept pretty clean! The workers on the other hand can be found half of the time either eating at the register, talking on the phone to family and friends, away from the register or outside smoking! The woman's bathroom stays semi clean and the men's is usually filled with urine smell and pee on the seat! The locals are accepting of women and like minded trash but instigate violence with cleaner cut individuals! Workers do seem to go with the violent flow when aggression ever takes place toward an individual! There are only 4 pumps and people will usually try to cut you off and race in front of you to get in to the pump! There are no clearly posted mission statements or policy and or warnings for anything including clearly posted procedure. There are to few parking spaces and if you park directly in front of the store it drains your gas tank to start your vehicle up, because of the steep incline in the front row parking! There does seem to be a problem with locals and the use and trade of drugs at night in the parking lot. The lower scale crowd seems to have a bit of sway over the cleaner cut non instigating crowd. Works again seem to have a silent agreement to reinforce the behavior to benefit the store in sales and not quality of consumers. And sometimes gas runs out on 87 or special. Also gas is sometimes lowest here but mostly one of the highest priced in the area. Also the line formation is incorrect in my opinion they have the hess thing going on that starts fights in line among customers. Ware they all file in to one line to merely shave seconds off of standing time! I think if they marked the ground with a line on both registers put a REAL divider instead of using interim measure and using a snack shelf to divide people it would provide more structure. Personally i think i could manage this place better but i'm not the manager! And since the recession all kinds of unqualified individuals and under skilled workers and mangers seem to flood the work force.. That's my opinion! My opinion is iv'e seen safer more professional workers and management in many places iv'e worked in and feel on this end things could be done much better. Especially with budgeting a very aggressive crowd with many unspoken rules that seem to lash out allot. I don't know if the word for the crowd here is unbalanced or what but i watch the sheriffs website instead of TV some nights and lots of drug calls. So since iv'e never really had the displeasure of the atmosphere this place can project ill have to rate it a 1 star because i can't rate it a 1.5 and 2 would be to kind in my opinion. Just leave it alone unless it's the only alternative because the dare i say inbred locals get along better with them selves then obstanding member of society. I mean i go to marathon up the road or sunoco never have the aggression i get from the crowd here or anywhere else at all for that matter! 1.5 because of the 75 cent fountain drinks by the way!
Worst costumer service ever, Do not inform you of prices they ASSUME you know. Then when the mistake is made they make no effort to redeem themselves they just demonize the costumer.
My Mom told me she saw a leak from her car in her garage, so she took her car to Bob Lee's, they looked at it and came back to with an estimate of over $900 to fix whatever was leaking and a list of other issues. She then took it to another repair shop, and that mechanic said he couldn't find anything wrong with it. I went to my Mom's house to look at the leak in her garage. It was water from her air conditioner. Watch yourself at this place....
