I needed a drain hose for a washer. Stopped here and was told they had one. When they brought it out it was used. The charge was $10.70 and I took it because I was tired of driving all over town. I installed it and first load of laundry flooded my garage. I checked it and sure enough it had a hole in it. I decided to go online and order and found out a brand new hose with two clamps and no holes was only $10.28 delivered for free. Buyer beware. Never let your guard down with these guys

Bought a washer and dryer stackable from these crooks in 2014 we have had them come out atleast 3 times to replace things we eventually got tired and started replaced by the parts with new parts. In 2015 this company came out and replaced our lid switch less than a year later the washer stops draining and spinning (AGAIN) my husband diagnoses the problem as the lid switch and calls the company to get a a new part. After he removes the old lid switch they replaced he notice it is melted and burnt. Takes the old part back to American appliance and instead of telling my husband what the problem is they tell him they would never put a part in someone's washer that looks like this this and it wasn't them. Idiots I have the labor receipt! Moral of the story is they put used malfunctioning parts on ur appliance. Just buy the parts and do it yourself don't call them!!
I have made all my payments on time and they put a lien on my home. They say they use in house finance and put a lien on your home they are also a lot more expensive.
ordered 1st. fridge it didn't work on delivery.whole week-end no fridge.they dropped my back-up fridge down the stairs moving it to garage.2nd. fridge worked 3 months then died.told them Ive had hamsters that lived longer than their fridges and were a lot colder after they died.paid another $100 for 3rd. fridge it lasted 4-5 months then Freon tank leaked out and they said it was too costly to replace Freon tank. no refund or pro-rated refund...nothing just ;what unit do you want to buy next?went to home depot for new refridgerator...don't deal with these people

VERY DISAPPOINTED..... My wife and I just moved into our dream condo and wanted to to have all new appliances. We changed our mind for name brands such as Samsung etc and decided to go with Maytag. We purchased our Maytag appliances from 3993 Tyrone Blvd and delt with the owner MIKE. He was very nice when we were purchasing our new washer and dryer etc. He told us if we had any problems to contact him. Once we purchased our items from him and walked out the door, that was it. He did his job and didn't want to have anything to do with us.Our washer (Whirlpool) started to give us problems, it wasn't getting rid of the water. We contacted both Mike and Maytag. They sent out a repairman who has been to our condo 2 times and on both occasions was unable to find the problem. He stated that he would have to contact his company who subcontacts for Maytag and have a team of specialist look at it. A few weeks later 2 very nice men looked at the washer and stated that they needed to replace the control panel it wasn't working correctly.2 weeks later, they replaced the control panel and it still didn't work correctly. Again they said they would order a new motor, we are still waiting for a response after calling the subcontractor, Maytag and Mike the owner of the store. It s been 2 months and my wife still can't wash our clothes. We are ready to just dump the frontloader washer and get a new one. Not only are we very upset with the product but all the money on the ex warranty.We still haven't heard back from Mike after leaving messages with him. My wife also purchased a stand for the washer and dryer and she believes he sold us the floor model because when it finaly arrived it had yellow stains all over it and I had to paint it. The repairmen told us that we should never have purchased the stand for its no good for the stackable washer and dryer. Please don't have the same problem as us and go to Sears or Homedepot or anybody else but Maytag
BUYER BEWARE OF PARLAMENT ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION!!! I paid them $9k+ for a brand new roof in January 2015 and I'm still dealing with issues regarding my roof and it's now June 2015. The president, Matt Rayl, is one of the most unprofessional business owners I've ever talked to. He was supposed to come out and take a look at the issue on two separate occasions, and both times he was a no show claiming he was sick. They sure are quick to collect their money, but if you need follow up service you can forget about it. My roof failed inspection the first time, and the second time my husband had to call and set up the appointment because Parlament had yet to do so. I just received my roof warranty paperwork in the mail; four months after the job was done. When I inquired about Parlament's Liability Insurance information, they wouldn't provide it. By Florida Statute, if you request that information from a company, by law they have to provide it. Even when I sent Matt Rayl a certified demand letter requesting the information, he still hadn't responded, and it's been well over 30 days since the letter was received by him. Parlament has several negative complaints against them with the City of Tampa as well as with the BBB and other internet links. Do your research...look them up on Sunbiz.org and other reliable sources, but I strongly advise against using them. There are more reliable companies out there than Parlament Roofing and Construction. I would NEVER recommend using Parlament Roofing and Construction EVER!!!
