Wow. These guys are rude, haughty, and condescending. I was the only one in line. The place was not busy it was not getting slammed. . I stretched while the barber was talking to people. He than asked me if that was OK. I had no idea what he was talking about. So I said "give me the big picture". In a you idiot tone of voice he " said these guys are gonna go first. I said "give me some reasons why I can't go now". Well we want them to go first it is common practice in his don't you know already tone. And everybody benefits. So I just proffered that if you favor some customers than others may leave. Giving him some basic marketing philosophy. He pulled my slip off and told me to leave. I was stunned. I have never been asked to leave. I was hardly unruly and basically deadpan. He was trying bulldoze me for his favorites and when I did not cooperate he asked me to leave. This is monstrous customer service. Stay away and tell everyone you know to never go here.
